A hot water line ruptured underneath the kitchen. I had two quotes from two other companies, one for 2150 dollars after a service contract i have with them and another with a different company for $1500. You all did the job for 710 dollars and were quick, clean, efficient, honest, friendly, and your tech took the time to explain exactly what he was going to do in non plumber terms. Excellent!! Excellent!! WORK. Thank you Im very satisfied with your company and will use it again in the future. The service tech was the nicest, honest, and hard working service person i have ever had the pleasure to have work on anything of mine. I wish i wouldnt have forgotten his name but he did a great job. I would use your services again and would ask for him specifically. I will also recommend your company to anyone else who needs it.

Jason B was an awesome technician. He knew exactly what to do, got right to work and fixed the problem immediately. He is very skilled at his job and I couldnt be more happy with his work. I was extremely pleased with his service and I would never think twice to let him work on any problems I had. Beyond his work he was just a good guy. Very nice and honest. Deer Valley Plumbing should really appreciate having this guy around. While he was here he shared with me that he was a former Marine which just made me respect him that much more. My entire experience with DVP was above par. Priced very fairly, responded immediately and sent out the right man for the job.

We had a great experience with Deer Valley Plumbing. The plumber who came out, J.C., was professional and direct. Not only did he fix known issues with the kitchen sink, but he also noticed that our garbage disposal was on its way out, so he took care of that right away. I appreciated that, because I like to take care of things before they become problems, and he showed us why the disposal needed replacing. We didnt even have to schedule a second appointment. I shopped around beforehand, but now that weve had Deer Valley Plumbing come out, theyll be the first one I call for all future needs. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I scheduled an appointment the tech came out on time. I spent 2 hours with him reviewing the scope of the project. He said he would get me a quote. After a few days I called to see if the tech had taken the time to put it through and spoke to Max. Max informed me that all quotes go through him and that he had it but had not gotten to it yet. I asked when do you think you will? Max suddenly said "I am going to no-bid this job". Totally unprofessional and a total waste of my time for me to spend with the tech. Think twice before you call them and have to waste the most only commodity we dont get more of.

Eric (the tech) that came out was respectful and ensured the work was done. He was tenacious in finding the issue until it was resolved. There was a quote issue that came up and I needed to contact the office. Ive dealt with others in the past who in a similar situation would have become inpatient and curt. However, he remained patient, respectful and professional until the matter was resolved. Eric was also very careful and clean during his work and ensured everything was returned to normal when he was complete. Thank you Eric for all your help this morning!

Scheduling process was not difficult and we were able to get service the next day. If it had been an emergency they would have been able to accommodate same day service. The technician was able to arrive early. Our shower fixtures were older, but he was able to find replacement parts. Everything was repaired and is working well. My only suggestion would be for the technicians to have shoe covers but otherwise great service and would use Deer Valley plumbing again.

I cant recommend this business. I paid for an estimate to have work done and they gave me a number pulled out of thin air. They didnt measure when they came out and wont list parts or labor - just a large number theyll want me to pay. Ive requested more info but they wont respond. I want my money back but theyre crooks. Not sure all plumbers are bad but these folks are for sure. DO NOT USE - THEYVE WRITTEN THE NICE REVIEWS THEMSELVES.

Don is great! I was referred to Deer Valley Plumbing by my HOA when we had an emergency leak in our soft water tank on a Sunday. Our regular plumber was unreachable, so I called the HOA. Deer Valley Plumbing is way better than the old guys. Ill be using them again in the future, especially Don whos very friendly. Mike in the front office is super friendly and helpful as well!

The day before we were moving into our new house we found out our gas pipes were leaking. After a week of people looking but not fixing the issue, we called Deer Valley Plumbing. Joe diagnosed the issue right away, removed all the old leaking pipes, and replaced the ones that needed replacing. Thank you! We now know who well be calling for any future issues.

They answer their phone (!!), they were not only on time, but early (!!!), and he explained all our options, the work that he was doing, and the work that would be good (or worthless) to complete in the future. Our current issue was fixed quickly and efficiently; and our future items can now be prioritized properly. Great service from true professionals.

We have used Deer Valley Plumbing many times in the past, and for this particular call, all we needed them to do was provide a quote for us. Their representative was very thorough, and timely in getting out to our facility and turning in a completed quote. I cant think of anything that they could have done to make the service experience more pleasant.
