Poor service. The one star is for the store having the products I was looking for. The negative 4 is for the cold reception I received when I walked in and continued the whole time I was there. It seemed like the salon staff had no customers at that moment. So their was about a group of 4 just standing there staring. The other 2 staff members at the register glared at me, um ok. Hello to you too. NO they were not pre occupied ringing anyone up. Within 5 minutes I had what I needed but ofcourse decided to browse in makeup. That is when another customer walked in. One register member immediately greeted them. Wow. I get it. As for Stila and tarte, all of the tester lip liners are gross. I couldnt swatch any because they were all rolled up and broken off. With this much staff on hand you would think they could keep this stocked. Cmon girls how hard is it to replace those. They had fresh ones boxed of course. But do they really want the customer to grab and open a new box? Anyways. In my opinion this all lays in the fault of the manager and hiring staff. They should train their "beauty reps" to actually service customers! You know, do their job? Perhaps Wear a smile? Nobody is expecting an ovation or anything. But get over yourselves girls. If your managers knew how to manage then this type of behavior would not be tolerated. The glares continued until I went to pay. Then they had the decide who would ring me up because most of them were trying to go smoke. Perhaps this customer interrupted that train break? It was actually hilarious to see this group outside puffing away in the 105 degree heat lol! I am so glad I have not opened up a member card with your store. That would be a shame to return to you, buy your merchandise with my hard earned money to be treated in this manner by your Cady staff. Ill stick to Ulta and Sephora . Peace out BB

I was very disappointed with my service. The hair stylist completely talked me out of what I wanted and then suggested I just do partial highlights. She kept saying she was saving me money, but it cost me $200 and I left looking the same with some highlights when what I wanted was a whole new hair color. I know my hair and what it can handle and this stylist was suppose to be a master stylist. Everyone who saw my hair the nexy day couldnt even tell I had had anything done to it which made even more disappointing. I wont come here again.

Donated my hair last month and when I went to pay I was charged an additional fee for long hair even though the stylist didnt have to wash, brush, or style my previously long hair. When I brought it up I was ignored. Also the communication was poor between staff and myself. They did not have a clue about helping someone who wants to donate their hair, they didnt have a measuring tool, and didnt explain that I needed to donate the hair myself and I almost left it behind...

I have been going to this Beauty Brands location since early in 2007. My favorite stylist is Michelle A. - shes wonderful with those shears and a very pleasant person overall. Ive never had an issue with her work whatsoever. Youll get a top rate hair style for a very affordable price. There are spa services available which are quite frankly overpriced for this economy and for the facility. The line up of top quality body and hair care products is impressive.

I first went in to re touch my hair and what we agreed upon wasnt the outcome then the stylist said come back Ill fix it she PURPOSELY left bleach in my hair for to long and ruined it!! terrible job looks like someone in school did it. All different colors! Dont trust Denise with your hair she does NOT know what shes doing , manager was no manger at all

Horrible!! Horrible!! My hair has been ruined. I was reimbursed but Im out $25 for a rip. Managers are not apologetic, nor was any concern shown. TD "master" stylist... Not so much!!!!! Cant post a pic but it looks like a 4 yr old cut my hair...the back is uneven and jagged
