If your getting color done only do it with amber or the manager. They dont even finish the job and make you pay extra. I wanted to get type of ombré done and they took four hours (3:00-5:30) for the first part of the progress. Then they told me that I should come back later that day to finish it, due to something that I had going in later that day. I came back after u was done and they told me that I would have to come back another time. Plus they wanted me to pay for the work they did not complete that day $120.00 plus an additional $100.00 for the next appointment. I am very unhappy with my results and will never be going there again

I am so disappointed with my hair color.. I came in to get an ombré hair color and the lady basically gave me super chunky streaks.. I gave the lady a nice tip because I walked out of there with what looked like a good hair color(she curled my hair so I couldnt see any of the mistakes). The next day I washed my hair and straightened it and seen all the mistakes she made. I think I paid $140 for one of the worst hair colors Ive ever had. Would not recommend this place...

We love our stylist Shayla, as she is attentive and I am pleased with her work. My son was the first in our family to use her services, after our long time stylist moved out of state. I have been very pleased with her work with my own hair and color since I dared to try. That was over a year ago!!! Love, love, love all the staff at the salon!

So, Ive mainly had really good experiences here in the past. MaryAnn always, always does a fabulous job. I did get a bad dye job once, but I went in within 7 days, and they fixed it for free, and then I LOVED IT! Theyre all very willing to listen to input and theyre anxious to please. Head Quarters is great.

Love this place! Walked in without an appointment and was seated quickly. Had the most AMAZING scalp massage of my life- they also have a specialty massage with essential oils that helps with migraines. Katie was very friendly and skilled and gave me the exact haircut that I wanted. Will be going again.
