Poor customer service. I scheduled an appointment to get my nails done a month before. I showed up early and waited over thirty minutes before the girl walks over and tries to tell me I never scheduled an appointment with her. But I did. Her mistake not mine. She did little to help the situation almost like they dont want my business. I will not be returning.

I love Kae! She is a top notch stylist and I look forward to each appointment with her. When I am sitting in her chair she makes me feel like I am all that matters! I love the atmosphere of her salon and the pampering!
