Went there once before and they were super fast almost like they were rushing to get me out of the chair. Since theyre close to home and other peoples reviews seemed really good I thought Id try it again. I went in there with my six-year-old daughter to get my pedicure and her toe nails polished and when I walked through the door the lady greeted me almost disappointingly that I was even there. Their website hours said they close at 7 I was there at 5:25 and when I asked if she could do a pedicure and a polish change for her she told me know they are closing and shes working on her last client now. When I indicated the website said she was open to 7 p.m. she said why I dont know what to tell you Im closing now. I wouldnt go there again if this for the last nail salon and Henderson. Those of you who review these people as nice must really really really have a different View on niceness than I do. She made my six-year-old cry and was very upset. Which I always think is ridiculous when you make a kid feel that way. She could have took a different approach even if she didnt want to do another client. With 1 hour and almost 40 minutes left I think she could have snuck in at least my kids polish change. Good luck to the rest of you who frequent this place I would never go back I dont do three strikes, for me I only need two strikes to know better Angie

UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP! I love coming to Jackies Beauty Nail Salon :) I feel comfortable & welcome. This is the very first salon that Ive been to that had nail techs that actually talk to you. Im very picky about my nails and when I get them done here I do not complain at all. I get any design, any shape & any style i want without a loud annoyed sign :) I also bring my husband here for pedicures & Jackie always makes him feel comfortable. The first time he came in he was so scared to show off his toes, Jackie stayed late & took care of his feet, before we walked out the door he said his feet had never ever felt so good and he was definitely coming back. And he is the type of guy who thought getting a pedicure was a girls thing. He loves the salon too and comes back whenever he needs to. I am a loyal customer who loves this shop and is always satisfied with their work. Thank you Jackie. We love you.

This was my first experience here as I generally go elsewhere however, I definitely needed a pedicure and not big on waiting. Anyhow the young lady that did my pedicure was oms AMAZING. I was seriously falling asleep in my chair it was unbelievable. So when I found out she also does facials and waxing oh yeah coming back for a facial. So I guess I should tell you her name Sara also she said she has only been here 3 months wow. Adding I came back again today for a facial and wax by Sara on July 28,2017 and again AMAZING absolutely AMAZING. At first I thought well her room is enclosed all but 3/4 of the way from the ceiling and that may make for noise from the rest of the salon however it was perfect this girl definitely will go far in her expertise she definitely had the perfect touch and her voice is so smoothing.

You know youre in the right spot when youre sitting getting your nails done and the girls who just got finished are going around to every station showing off how good their nails look. Thats when you know youre in the right hands. I have got my nails done a few times here by Lachelle and she always does such a great job. The ladies really take pride in their work and take the time to do them well. The shop owner really takes pride in her salon which is very evident watching the owner scrubbing pedicure tubs and cleaning and not leaving it to her staff. A word of advice to future clients, call and make an appointment a head of time. It took me a few tries popping my head in to find someone available. Trust me, you will not be disappointed in the service and quality here.

I have found my nail spot! Ive been salon hopping for a while now trying to find a place that does a great service and where I feel comfortable And Ive now found It! You dont feel made fun of or rushed. Its a totally welcoming atmosphere and you dont sit there awkwardly. All the girls are friendly, and down to earth. You can tell they want to be there and love what they do! Shae did my acrylic fill and she did the most amazing job and informed me of the damage other places were causing to my nails, like drilling too hard. She took good care of them to try to regain their health. I will most definitely be back time and time again!

I am absolutely obsessed with jacki. Its a small fun free salon which I LOVE. its not all about being serious and just making money. The women who work at the salon are all free and loving and they care about there customers as there friends and family. They are so welcoming and loving. The team members really are a dream team. Ive been to so many nail places where its quite and award and there just looking to get there job done in and out in and out but these ladies here really give you an experience and there genuine loyal people. I love this nail salon and I definitely commend it for everyone to come in and try out.

Amazing customer service, the girls are ALWAYS friendly, accommodating and deliver incredible results. The shop owner is very no-nonsense; She keeps it real and acts like a normal human being instead of the trained monkeys at most customer service establishments. Thats what makes the atmosphere so great--being around authentic personalities and genuine hospitality. Shout out to Sha for always being accommodating and giving some of the most beautiful nails ever to grace my hands and Emily for her superb talent and creativity as well when Sha is unavailable. You girls are the best quality nail salon in Vegas.

From a former nail tech (we are the pickiest) Im hard to please. I have tried all the salons from the corner nail place, to the strip and this place right here, wow its perfect. The ladies are highly qualified, experienced, friendly and affordable. I normally spend double the $ going to two places to fix the first place then still head home and fix them myself... I was blown away by how hard she worked to please me. This is my new nail place forever hand down!!

A cross between Steel Magnolias and Beauty Shop. Old ownership was good, new ownership is awesome! Ive been there 3 times in a month and a half. Cant speak to pricing on fancy stuff, because I get plain pedicures and manicures. I KNOW they do that stuff. I am very pleased with the prices I pay, and I am frugal. Seriously frugal. Jackie, Latreice, and Gayleen are super friendly and they do a fantastic job. Give them a chance, you will be happy that you did.

This salon is under NEW OWNERSHIP!! I love this place. The person who said that this place is a cross between Steel Magnolias and Beauty Shop has it right. I have so much fun when I go in and I laugh! My first time going in was awesome because they cheered me up when I really needed it, and did an fabulous job on my nails! I am very happy that they came into town! I get a lot of people complimenting me on my nails! I finally found my nail salon!!
