I am very cautious when it comes to trusting someone with my hair. I have seen quite a few bad results that people had and so been dying my own hair for sometime. But I wanted to go blonde so decided to give this salon a shot since I figured I have no idea how to bleach my hair...did not want to go bald. Let me just tell you this: The staff is amazing, I love the environment, all the girls are like family, friendly, willing to assist and do listen to your requests. I have had the privilege of having Veronica do my hair at that salon....and one thing that I admire about her the most is that she is honest! If she felt my hair could not handle the bleach she would come up with a plan that would work best for me....yes a lot of my hair got damaged with bleach...since it had some color on it before and it took time. But she bleached it, I became blonde...then wanted to go dark and red and again blonde and she was patient to help me get back to blonde all within a year and a half period or so. I have been blonde for a while now and now going to burgundy. And when ever I go back I know that I am in good hands. I am always excited to visit that place to have a great time and of course enjoy getting my hair done. I have no complaints!!! They are great.

Ive been there several times, this last visit was not a good experience, I got a bad haircut. Every other time has been good.
