I decided after our last move from Maricopa City to Mesa that I would never move ourselves again. So, in 2015, we moved from our apt complex into a rental house. So, I did my research and decided to select Pearson Moving. Everything went completely smooth - from receiving a quote online, confirming my quote and reservation and day of move. Kyle, the Ops Mgr, answered all my questions and concerns and advised me to contact him anytime. My movers, Zach and Mike, showed up right on time. They were both very courteous and professional. Although the move itself took longer than expected (had more items than we realized - no fault to our movers), they were very efficient and Zach kept me in the loop at all times. Moving in general is a pain, but hiring professional movers is easier than you think and easier for you overall. I would highly recommend hiring Pearson Moving for your next move, you wont be disappointed! And worth every penny! Now, two years later, 2017, ... we are going to be moving again, but this time, into our very own first home! We are in the beginning stages, but when the time comes - hopefully in August/September, Im going to be reaching out to Kyle and his crew to enlist their assistance again. We had such an excellent experience with Pearson Moving that I cant and wont think about going with another company!

Of the three moving companies that I have used in my adult life Pearson Moving comes in a distant third. It seems like what they didnt bend they broke. Many of my things were packed improperly if they were "packed" at all. Many things were tossed haphazardly into a box and tossed onto their truck. Having them store my items while I remodeled my new home definitely took its toll as my things had to be moved twice. A bottle of ammonia, a bottle of Nu Flame fuel for fire bowls, and my electric mixer were stored upside down in the same box. All the oil drained out the mixer. It was a miracle that the bottles didnt leak and no disaster occurred. Footprints on the back of my pictures tell me they just did not care about what happened to any of my things Pearson pays 60 cents per pound for damaged items. I received $420 for about $3,000.00 worth of damage. They probably dont deserve even one star in my opinion.

Well, its part 1 of a 2 part move, and before this 2 part move, Pearson has moved me before, Yes, a year ago July. Well, we all know moving stinks right? Well with Pearson Moving it doesnt have too, They are fantastic, movers are helpful and very courtesy, and I love that there are NO hidden charges what so ever. The owner Kyle is also very pleasant to work with he alone reduces part of the stress of moving then comes in his team of movers, and boom weight of moving is gone. After the final move which is very soon, I hope I dont have to do this again, and if I have too, You bet, Kyle with Pearson Moving will be my first call.

I love that I was asked to post on Google.... This was the WORST experience ever. What I was told would take 2-3 hours took over 5 hours. I spent weeks labeling every box so that I could find things easily and they just stacked box on top of box in the spare bedroom and didnt care where they were suppose to go. They ruined both of my dressers and cracked my 48" TV on 3 places. I called the owner, Kyle and he didnt care one bit and said these 2 guys had worked for him a long time and theres no way this could have happened. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

The 2 gentlemen to came to my house were very respectful and helpful. They took a minute to access the house and determine the best way to load the truck. They didnt mess around at all. They worked quickly yet carefully. No damage was done to my furniture or my house while there were there. Great job guys! I would recommend them to others and use them again if there were a need! What a fantastic moving company! It was easy to schedule, they were there on time, they wrapped everything beautifully, they never stopped for a break, and the team was very respectful to my elderly parents who we were moving into assisted living from their home they had been in for the last 23 years. Pearson helped me move a couple years ago and the entire experience was great! I was really impressed with the level of customer service provided by the movers and the scheduling staff. The movers were gentlemen and they did not complain or be difficult at all, which was so great to experience. Moving is not fun and moving in the summer is the worst, but these guys were awesome!

I would use them again very nice and everything went beautifully the staff is nice and the managers are nice and there was a Small piece of the weight bench that was missing when I called they were nice found the piece right away and brought it to my house within a few hours I would use them again I was very happy with the service

I dont recommend them at all. Theyre movers didnt seem experienced to me. They did a slipshod job. My bed has a screw missing in it. They didnt do a complete job. If you want a moving company, hire a professional one. They arent in my opinion
