I had a great moving experience with Sarah, as the lead packer. She brought with her, Maryann and Brucelee who were both great. They made an amazing team and were very timely in their ability to safely pack a full home for my last military move. This team has clearly received a lot of training and utilizing every bit of it. Its easy to cringe at the whole moving process, but they put my worries away rather quickly. I cannot say thank you enough for the care you all used in packing my families belongings. If I could add in a few more stars on this move, I would. Thank you!!! The team showed up today for the pick-up day. Sarah, Steve, Travis, and Ben showed up with great attitudes and professionalism. It was quite a bit of house hold goods, but they worked very well as a team. There were a few out of the ordinary items that needed a little extra TLC, and they made it a walk in the park. Great Job on their behalf, and I will recommend them to my friends and co-workers. I could not have asked for a better moving experience.

We have been moved several times by moving companies and this was the worst. They threw everything in boxes and damaged many of our goods. Destroying some. The movers tried to leave the second day without finishing up packing and loading. Even leaving some of their tools behind. Our crib is destroyed, our bed is scratched up, our sons valuable Legos sets were DESTROYED, model planes destroyed, missing or stolen tv and $250 worth of salon supplies. And various other crushed items such as lamp shades etc. We are missing valuable items and because we were rushed into signing paperwork we didnt understand, (and stated things contrary to what the owner had verbally told us) they are taking NO responsibility. We had over $2000 in damages and now we just have to deal with it. Dont trust them. And if you do, go through EVERYTHING you sign with a fine tooth comb.

This company lost and broke a lot of our things with their careless packing, and afree repeated requests to NOT pack certain items that we didnt want they still packed it. Because of this company my bedroom dresser has been broken, my drafting table is broken and missing pieces, antique books literally throw into boxes with coat hangers, and numerous items are missing like important papers and college transcripts etc. BEva use of this company we had to pay out of pocket for the items we told them over and over again not to pack. They took way too long and were completely unprofessional. This isnt the first time we had a big move, before this we moved from Alaska to Utah and everything was perfect. How did this company manage to ruin such a simple move???

They tried to extort $100 out of me for trying to deliver on a Saturday, when they are all already here working on that Saturday. And this is from their managers. Now it is Monday and they are open and they are still refusing to unload my trailer, which only has two pallets, for another two plus hours for absolutely no reason. The most unprofessional group of people I have ever met and my life, very rude and have absolutely no customer relations skills.

We had movers pack us in Kansas and our belongings went into storage in SLC. When we found a home Arrow Moveing Co brought our household goods. They arrived on time and moved my belongings in safely to my home. I wish I would have been able to change a few things with the move especially in our basement but that was not their issue since they were following my orders. Steven, Nester, Mo and Kevin were really polite young men. Thanks again.

Jo and Manny just left and what terrific packers they were - punctual, courteous, professional, hard working, helpful, and friendly! I only hope that the staff who come tomorrow to load the truck will be the same. Now well see what condition our belongings arrive in at our final destination. Have used Mayflower several times in the past and was never disappointed. This time was no exception. Maryann Paul, Sheldon and Ish did an excellent job of wrapping and handling each and every item of furniture and all my self-packed boxes. They were also courteous, pleasant and helpful with my concerns and questions. A really good crew!
