Here is the story it might help you on your move. We have one piece of nice furniture our couch. I was going to wrap it myself I even bought plastic to do it. But I didnt get around to it. The two guys showed up and busted ass moving all our stuff. When they asked about wrapping furniture I said the coach. What I should have said was that is the most important thing if you wrap anything make sure to wrap that really well because the rest of the stuff we probably wont keep. They loaded up the stuff leaving the coach for last. Like a fool I scheduled the satellite guy for the same day so I had to leave to meet him at the new place. They finished up and wrapped it after I left. Although I ordered plastic I didnt get blankets. Be sure to put card board or blankets on the corners of the big stuff. I knew the new place was tight. They had to take the front door off to get the coach in and in the process the corners tore. They guys didnt a great job with everything and technically if the new location had more space they wouldnt have had to put it on its side to get it in. We noted the issue and the company sent out a repair guy who fixed the rip on the corners of the couch. Pretty cool if you ask me it looks as good as new. I dont think most movers take care of their customers like that. Especially with the value they provide two guys and a truck for 115 hour. I would highly recommend them. These two movers worked fast on a lot of heavy stuff.

I did not get any single service I was promised (in example I was initially promised a Saturday pack and Sunday move, they never showed up Saturday). I tried to be patient and understanding and rescheduled and was promised 3 men and a truck, and only 2 showed up. The men showed up with no tools, or knowledge of how to take apart furniture (even though over the phone I was promised otherwise). The moving staff was nice, but took several breaks, including an almost 2 hour lunch. I explained over the phone exactly my needs, and they didnt even have enough boxes. They left both my houses in complete chaos. I did not get furniture placement as promised. They also did not come back and pick up rented boxes or move my bed (that they couldnt figure out initially and promised to come back and move). I will never use a moving company again. I absolutely did not get my moneys worth. It was a frustrating and emotional nightmare.

As a realtor I have carefully referred several moving companies to my clients to trust their possessions to be moved safely and professionally. Most families were very satisfied with their choice in movers but some were upset and unhappy! We selected Two Men for a move from Flagstaff to the Phoenix area. There were no surprises, the movers were careful, courteous and always willing to go the extra mile. They each seemed to be truly happy to help us and took great pride in what they accomplished. The pricing was fair and clear and as quoted. I suppose there might be a cheaper way to move, but not a better one. If I have to move again, they will be first on my list. In terms of value, they came out significantly cheaper than one of the pod solutions...and I didnt have to load a thing. We used them once before and were pleased...but in the intervening time they have just gotten better.

The men and the truck showed up on time to move my sister out of a condo that I own . I was supposed to be there to coordinate things but unfortunately I took ill for a few days and could not make it . My understanding is that all went well ....the bill was double their estimate however I have no way to gauge what really ocurred to cause that because I was not there to supervise how things were to be packed ... so at this point I must give them the benefit of any doubt . No complaints and a reliable company unlike a lot of those ads you find on Craigslist . The office staff was also prompt and efficient thru the whole process .

The movers were on time and professional. The entire job took only an hour and a half. However, my furniture incurred a lot of dings and scrapes because they refuse to use the appliance dolly which would have given them more control the heavier items and would have made their job a lot easier. In addition I think the overall cost was too expensive. Most of the items were pre-wrapped and Stage for moving. I probably would not recommend this moving company two a family member or a friend because it is too expensive.

For someone who dreads to thought of "moving", these guys took away an abundance of the stress involved. My experience with moving companies has not been the greatest in the past so to finally go through a move that came out with nothing damaged, no complaints by the team, and even the GM John stopping by to introduce himself with an additional person to help with an overly heavy item, well, I cant express how impressed I was. Sotero and JP, you guys killed it. Thanks so much for your hard work!

Asked for two guys, got 3! Jarrett, Ryan and Cedric were all awesome. We hired movers on the insistence of some family members, thinking it might be overkill for a job we could do ourselves, but once they started working we realized how invaluable the service is. They got everything out of our old place and into the new one in half the time I expected them to take. They showed up on time, worked their asses off, and we talked for a bit too. I would definitely recommend Two Men and a Truck!

Great experience from beginning to end. Upon my online request, their office called and broke down their pricing based on boxes and furniture and the estimated time to move. The movers communicated with us on the day of the move from the time they left their shop to how much more time they needed to empty everything from the truck. They meticulously broke-down and wrapped all delicate furniture to prevent any damage. Awesome company, hard workers, and polite staff.

This was a stressful move for me. When the team arrived, they were very professional and patient as I hadnt finished packing. They took care to not damage any items. Any items that had to be broke down were reassembled at my new place. They made sure I was satisfied with the placement of my furniture before they left the property. My only complaint is, I wish I could have kept one of them to help with items they didnt move for me.

I was happy with most of the move but when they left we noticed all the boxes were just stacked in the garage without any consideration of the info on the boxes. So we see Debbies chrystal and breakables on the bottom of the pile, i just hope their not broken to pieces. we. cant find anything so far. The guys were nice but would have done a better job reading what was in the boxes and where they went. Ray and Debbie Terry
