We were really stressed out because we had never moved out of Illinois before. It was a very cold day in Chicago and we still had so many loose ends to tie up. When the truck pulled up I was about to give up. Then the driver introduced himself and his crew. They were very professional yet very comforting. They understood my stress level and really worked to help me relax. The were so careful with everything. They worked hard to protect everything including the house. They were really a class act. They had the entire house loaded in just a matter of hours. When they arrived at the new house here in Goodyear, I was not nearly as stressed. It was the same great driver and he was just wonderful. He made me feel good as he complemented the new house and made us feel really happy about our choice of neighborhoods. Everything was delivered and placed exactly where we wanted it. There wasnt a single mark on anything. I really hope I never have to move again but if I do, you better believe I am calling Horizon.

Driver Deborah, was courteous A nd professional. She carefully wrapped my furniture, even legs, to prevent damages. Her skill A nd experience served us well. We have no damages. She coordinated her team to function as one unit. We want her team for any A nd all future moves.

United Van Lines driver almost killed me when a driver fell asleep and rolled over. They cheat on the scales and claims. Beware.
