Please do NOT use this company to move with!!!! Its run by a bunch of old guys who cant keep track of whats going on. And when ALL of your belongings are in their hands you will want someone who you can trust. Which is not them! They had no idea what was going on and could never actually tell us where our stuff was. They kept telling us it would be here on this day, then that day would come and then they would say "oh it will be there on Friday" and on and on! It took two weeks for us to get our stuff! We had to sleep on the floor for two weeks with only what we had brought with us. We have two kids and a dog as well. We finally got fed up and called their Headquarters (you can find this number on the atlas vanlines website) and they were able to tell us exactly when to expect our delivery. They were so nice and on top of it! Also, another thing that happened was that we told them we wanted to leave our vacuum out until the very end so we could vacuum our house before we left. But I guess no one ever inventoried it and it was OUR FAULT that it got lost because we signed the inventory papers so we didnt even get anything to replace our vacuum that THEY lost! It was absolutely ridiculous. I hope someone is happy with our brand new $200 vacuum. They have no heart at all and dont care about you at all, though they will claim that they do. Theyre terrible. The guy that helped us was at least 80 years old and he was in and out of the hospital with health problems. Yes, it was not good that he was sick but yet back at his work no one was picking up his slack! Ugh. It was just awful. I am sad because this was supposed to be an exciting experience for us and it was absolutely not that. Thanks a lot Mollerup!

PLEASE PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. After 4 years, they still have not reimbursed me for the damaged and "lost" possessions Lamar Keyes himself (owner) claimed to repay! He has avoided all forms of contact from me. I wonder if hes even still around. I have been courteous, even though they have not returned the favor, and still no check and no return call. I was Air Force having my family moved by this company and they robbed us. My wife witnessed one of their workers touching our 1200.00 camera, only to find this young man had left our home to go to another job soon after. After he left, we noticed our camera was missing. THE day of the move!! Not after, not years after, the actual DAY of the move! They knew this, but still denied reimbursing us as we had NO proof!???! It has been beyond a headache. They scratched my HARLEY DAVIDSON!! 900.00 A pint for the paint job, and completely trashed my Fender guitar! Didnt even have wrapping when I picked it up. And still no camera, missing video games...ect...ect... Please DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, do not let these thieving people into your home. We were young then and didnt have very expensive things, but the little expensive things we did have, they had no problem damaging/"losing" every one of them. If you care about the things you work hard for, do not hire them. Also, I was living on Base when this occurred. I am working with a base lawyer to find out how to challenge their contract with the military. They do not deserve to contract with the men and women, like myself, who have dedicated their time and lives to this country.

If I had the option of no stars, thats exactly what this sorry company would have received... First of all, horrible customer service. This company was contracted by military to move my house hold goods... Absolute nightmare, this by far was the worst move we had in my husbands 24 yr career! So much damage done to my furniture, not to mention my wall decor! Every single box I opened something was broken into pieces... The big topper of it all one of the packers stole my 11 y/o sons wallet with all of his b-day, chore money with multiple gift cards which probably tallied a little over $300.00... Tried speaking to the owner, he had no care in the world... Who steals from a child? The wallet had doggies all over it, so you would definitely know it did not belong to an adult! This was not the first time this company has stolen from its customers... I read past reviews and many which were military complained of the exact same thing! But of course when I bought their horrible reviews to their attention, I went back to copy them all to turn them into Hill AFB TMO, they had all disappeared! Now imagine that! My advice to anyone who is seeking a moving company, stay clear of this one!!

George and Brody moved my things today, and they were absolutely AMAZING!! I was so stressed out, i am moving across the ocean and my husband is deployed currently so I was nervous to do this alone, and these men made it SO EASY!! They were so friendly and nice to my entire family, and they not only made the move simple- they made it fun. I will recommend these guys- and this company- to everyone I know!!!! I am so beyond pleased with my service today!!!!

My daughter was moving to a new home and since I have known of Mollerup before I told her to give them a call. It was only a short move but they were only too happy to help. They moved her in record time and everything was put in the rooms where it belonged. The driver George was a happy yet professional man who seemed glad to help. This was the best time moving I have ever had, I didnt even have to lift a finger. Thanks Mollerup !!!!!

We bought some furniture off from KSL and didnt have a way to get it home. We called Mollerup and they sent out Chris and Matt to pick it up and deliver it to us. We didnt have to do anything but call them and give the addresses. Chris and Matt were both friendly and professional as they brought our carefully wrapped furniture into our home. They set it up for us and we could not have been happier. Thank You so much!!

George and his team worked so hard to help us set up our home. They put together our furniture despite all the necessary nuts and bolts for all the furniture being mixed up together! They were well natured, chatty and helpful. They also provided really good local advice on where to buy new furniture for a good price. The team also took away all the trash and paper. We would definitely recommend Mollerup!

If you are looking for a moving crew, you MUST call Mollerup Van & Storage Co., and request George, Bo, and Brody!!! We have experienced MULTIPLE moves over the years, and this crew, by far, was the best weve ever encountered. They were personable, professional, and their work ethic is bar none! Although moving can be stressful, spending the day with these gentlemen made it a pleasure!
