Overcharged my card by 50%. Disputes being filed. Advertising on Craigslist as Emergency Movers. Call gal and she is nice and professional so its easy to schedule. BUT watch out when they arrive. The mover, Jason, seems paranoid. Makes sassy remarks and stops to call and argue with scheduling/Danyelle is who later admits scheduled the move. In a nutshell Jason illegally withheld my cousins personal belongings and badgered neighbors and family for an hour while my sister and brother in law unloaded the last few belongings. A $200 deposit was paid prior to the company dispatching the call and the deposit covered more than half the total cost of the move. When Jason arrived he seemed okay, but he complained several times during the move. This was a small move, no boxes or loose iems, just furniture. He was very awkward a few times and the red flags made me decide to stop having him load large LG TVS and all the totes ordered to be moved. Which is unfortunate for me as the trip charges were most of the charges related to this move. He said not to follow him to the unload location and was concerned, he stated, that people tailgate him. He said he wanted no contact with the county sheriff when realized we loaded within easy viewing distance of their Yavapai County office window. This triggered him to want to stop loading and get out of there. Urgently! During unload in Maricopa County Jason made several paranoid comments including how I would be ashamed if knew how many people stiff at the end of a job. Walking around speaking under his breath to try to intimidate us. Heck, I was prepared to tip, not stiff, and he was told that at arrival. So was Danyelle during scheduling. He dropped my aunts leather couch on its wooden leg damaging it and directly did this drop on purpose as a reaction to me asking if he wanted me to grab a flashlight to shine in the truck as it was approaching sunset. This company bit off their own nose. Weird. Use with caution. Logic said I was not the next customer planning to stiff him. Ive orchestrated several moves with 25 years experience for clients, family, etc. I plan to report this company to the AZ Attorney General. One more thing. After we paid he refused to give us a copy of the receipt. Or contract. Three days after the move there has still not been a copy provided, rather, Danyelle is threatenting to file lawsuit to slander, harassing me in email after I told her to stop, and not addressing the damaged legs on couch or the overcharge or provide copies of contract. He said his girlfriends parents live near the place we picked up at in Mayer. The girl we scheduled with said similar things on our call to schedule like she lOVED Mayer, AZ. Jason stopped working 3 times during load and 5 times during unload to call her. The load took half hour, unload dragged on for two hours becasue Jason was arguing. Jason left his helper standing there. More than half the job was completing the drive which in addition to paying a double trip charge they charged another hour and a half for. He was handed the card for payment at 7:40 pm. He wanted to hassle, badger, and continue arguing as demonstrated by remaining at the drop off site until 9:50 pm long after the move was complete. although the truck was emptied as written in email at 7:50 pm by witnesses. We emailed Danyelle twice betweem 750 and 820 pm. One time he charged towards us physically, stating he was afraid we would steal paperwork. Im concerned for peoples safety with Jason. I should get a full refund and apology from the company. Instead they overcharged by 50% and underdelivered causing loss of time at work for me when having to report disputed charges to my bank, deal with Danyelles threats to sue me for posting reviews that I believe are true based on all Jason said and did and now Danyelle. Jason is definently a risk and will bring this company to a lawsuit sooner than later as he stated to me to take them to court If I wanted then Danyelle threatens to sue. Instead of handling the complaints.

Horrible - Do Not Use If I could rate a negative star level I definitely would. Scheduled to show up at 9AM. No show until 9:30, I get it sometimes people run late no big deal. I call at 9:30 and am told they are so busy forgot to call me to let me know their truck broke down and would call me back with an updated time. Waited an hour and fifteen minutes without a call so I call back. Still delayed and will call me back quickly. Another hour later finally get a call from the office stating are on their way. Thirty minutes after this get a call from the driver stating would arrive in 30 minutes which turned out to be 45 minutes. They were 3 HOURS and 45 MINUTES LATE!!! Really? Couldnt go and get an alternative truck? U-Haul, Penske and Budget all have a bunch of trucks available. Not even an apology and no concession to me for wasting half of my entire day. But Wait....theres more.... Upon arrival the movers tell me the hourly rate which was true to what displayed other website, but, there is an additional $69.99 Trip Charge, a 19% Fuel Surcharge and a $39 charge for Shrink Wrap. Ridiculous!! I have rented trucks this size for moves in the past and and rarely would I need to add $15 to maybe $20 in gas after driving across town. I told the guy I am not paying for shrink wrap because I could buy a case of shrink film for $39. He ignored me, spent time shrink wrapping a couple items which together are not even worth $39.... During the actual move of loading and un-loading the truck both of the movers expressed how hot it is and asked if I had any water for them. Are you kidding me? You live in Phoenix Arizona -- it is Hot here, Stupid. Perhaps if showed up on time could have gotten the move done during the cooler hours of the morning. Also was asked if I have phone chargers so could charge their telephones -- really? I could go on and on about the lazy half-assed effort these two baboons put forth in executing the move ....basically I paid $177 OVER what this should have been. Wasted HALF of my day, had to re-schedule other appointments happening that day to set up my other services for television and internet installation with NO concession to me for being extremely late. Oh! and by the way, better have Cash to pay the bill as they do not take plastic. Could have paid by Cashier Check or Money Order -- how the heck was I supposed to go and get a Cashier Check or Money Order when have no idea how long the move would take AND these asinine additional charges..... Horrible experience, horrible customer service, idiot employees who have zero ability to deal with customers. All in all, do not call this company unless you enjoy being treated poorly and overcharged. I will post this on every site I can find referencing these Jokers.

Terrible, Incompetent, Carless... Oh My. I so wish I would have read the reviews on Yelp and other sites before hiring this ridiculous company. Shame on me for not doing my homework. WHATS THE WORST THING YOU CAN IMAGINE FOR A MOVING COMPANY TO DO TO A CUSTOMER? Break something of value? NOPE. Nickel and dime you to death? WRONG. Steal your belongings? NO. The worst thing imaginable is for me to take off work, book the move three weeks in advance, confirm with them one week in advance only to have them NO SHOW- NO CALL! YES, thats right. I am writing this some 4 hours after they were to show up for my move!!! Arizona Movers and Storage booked me for a move from 8AM to 10AM 2/24/17 and called the day before to move me to Noon. Then the day of the move they didnt show, didnt call me, didnt bother to do a damn thing. For those of you whove used them before, you know why they wont be in business very long. I will strap a fridge to my back and climb three stories in the dead of of summer before I would hire anyone associated with this Godforsaken outfit. DONT WALK AWAY... RUN. Unbelievable. Well, not really. There are people all over the world who dont give a damn about others, who dont even have enough common decency to communicate when they royally screw up. I guess you just dont expect it from a business. Thanks for wasting my time and costing me money and putting me in a horrible position of having to find other means of moving with such short notice. I try not to celebrate the misery of others but when you go out of business I will toast to your pathetic existence and appropriate demise. And dont you dare reply to my post and tell me you called or you werent at fault. That I was somehow responsible like you have done with other people whove experienced a similar fate and shared it with others to steer them clear of you. .
