I would give 0 stars if possible. Unfortunately we had a delayed closing and were not able to be present during the packing. We asked to push it back so we could be there, but there was no flexibility from Two Men & a Truck. So we had a friend let them in and give them a printed list of what to move. She reviewed it with the movers and all was good until the manager, Tyler, showed up to rush them along. Our friend couldnt stay the whole time and by the time we got home they were gone. They missed packing an entire out building, 2 closets, and several other random items that Tyler said werent on his list, but were clearly on the list we provided. Also left behind was a huge mess. They just left their trash everywhere, and dumped the contents of the shredder on the floor. (Tyler later told me they left behind all of our trashcans, because they had trash in them. Must not have been their trash since it was all over the place). Tyler said he would take care of it by cleaning their mess and bringing the rest of the stuff in a separate trip. It is a 5 hour drive and the stuff left behind was more than could fit in our vehicle. After they completed our move, Tylers story changed, and he was no longer willing to do either thing. He offered a discount on another move we had planned, but their fee for that was too high to consider even with a discount ($1,500 to move 1 bedroom from Phoenix to Tucson). The men that did the actual work were great. However, once Tyler got involved it went horribly wrong.

This is 4th time in 5 years we have used the local Phoenix office and my thoughts are the same every time; there is no better moving experience than with his company. Period. This company and team have always been the most professional, the most courteous and friendly and outgoing. The team we had this time, Dennis and Michael, were no exception. It was nice to see Dennis again !! They are always on time and every move has been quick and efficient. We have never had any issues with broken, damaged or lost items. Moving is a definite pain in the butt. What you want when you hire a company to get it done for you, is to remove worry and stress and to reduce the time youre involved in the whole thing. These guys helped my family move from California to Scottsdale, Arizona and they were awesome! They arrived between the allotted hours they projected to us and packed and wrapped all of our furniture very nicely. The two gentlemen, Richard and Thomas, that were moving us were quick and thorough and made sure to plan out where the furniture would fit in our new home in Arizona. Overall, the move was successful and the movers were beyond outstanding and professional. I would highly recommend this company to my family and friends.

Antonio and Isaiah moved my household goods from one storage unit to another, and took items away for donation to the Boys and Girls Club. Antonio arrived on time, introduced himself and immediately got to work. He was efficient and organized and had a respectful way of helping Isaiah learn the best way to safely stack and transport items. Both men worked quickly but carefully. Antonio did an excellent job arranging contents to fit a smaller unit. I will gladly recommend 2 Men & a Truck to friends and family. Thank you!

These guys were great!!! They kept asking me if there was anything else they needed to move, they were very personable and professional. They even moved my large potted Ficus tree at the last moment. I will use these "two guys" again. The office staff was also good at following up with me to confirm my reservation which was good because I had so much on my mind. You might be able to find a cheaper mover but you do get what you pay for. Absolutely NO WORRIES with these guys!!!

The entire experience from start to finish was tremendous. The office staff was knowledgeable, courteous and answered calls promptly. Paperwork was clear and professional looking. And most importantly, the movers (Tommy and Sean) were awesome! They were courteous and friendly. Nothing was damaged and they beat the estimated time to complete the work. I have had other movers before and none have been this good - I will definitely use this company again.

Ive used other moving services in the past and nothing compares to the quality you receive with Two Men and a Truck. I appreciate the phone call confirmations before and during the move to ensure everything is going smoothly. The guys are professional and friendly and care about meeting your needs. Also, they are well staffed, so if the move is taking longer than planned the main office will send in reinforcements. Great value for your money.
