I am so disappointed by our last moving experience with Just In Time Moving. We moved less than half a mile away and the movers were told, it was furniture only, we would take care of all the boxes. What I was left with, was a broken crib, broken dresser, half way put together beds, my bar was scuffed up, my daughters dresser was all scratched up. They offered $100 off for the broken crib...when I called to explain that $100 off for the damages they caused and the slow workers was not fair, Andy, laughed at me and said their insurance to cover broken or damaged items is really bad and thats just the way it is. No apologies, no efforts in trying to make things right. Just, "I dont mean to be a jerk, but, our insurance is crappy, so, thats just the way it is." Once I posted something on social media about my experience, the manager, Justin, called me, and said he would send out their best furniture restoration guy and have someone come and put the bed together that was only half way installed. He also said that he would give an additional $100 credit. Dan Montano of Montanos Fine Furniture Repair and Restoration showed up, and he did do a good job repairing what he could. He was professional and kind. The gentleman that came to fix the bed, Bobby, did come, and installed the pieces we could find, as, some were still left behind at our previous house. I never received the additional credit... I used Just In Time for our last move, and it took 8 hours to move a 4200 sq foot (with basement) home, all furniture and boxes, 4.5 miles away. For this move, it was furniture only, from a one story home, to our new home a half mile away...it took them 7 hours and 45 minutes. Whoever they had working there before, is either gone, or no longer running the show. Such a disappointment.

Start to finish a pleasure to work with! Start: my email inquiry was responded to very quickly, Im a busy guy and attempt to do as much of this stuff online/email. The office and I worked out a very convenient time and even though I left it to the "last minute" they had an opening. They suggested 3 movers and that was smart. The day of the move the team showed up at exactly at the arranged time, they were professional, friendly and got right to work. They were done so fast I had them load extra things, which they not only did willingly but suggested items they could take. They wasted no time whatsoever! After the last item was loaded they were ready to go.. The same experience at the new house, fast, safe and efficient. The were careful with my belongings and my property, (no banging doorways etc.). My realtors were in the area and stopped by; I said "you have to get a card from these guys!" While I never want to move again, Ill never hesitate to recommend Just in Time. At the finish, payment was simple and the final bill very reasonable. All my moves over the last 20 years have been corporate moves, the last one had two men moving an entire household, it took hours! I trusted the them on the three man suggestions and it was spot on, I wish the big national chain that did my last move was as smart. Obviously 5 stars!

Had the BEST experience Ive ever had with any moving company yet!! They are top notch, from the very beginning with very courteous customer service, setting up the appt, to the prompt on time show up time, the guys were absolutely the friendliest, happiest crew, fun to cut up with, got everything in my house in one piece ( cant say THAT for the movers I had before I got here), so the trauma of moving in itself wasnt so dreadful, the honesty, and well mannered and extremely polite shake of hands at the end of the move. Will most definitely recommend these guys and use them again if/when I ever move again. Glad I picked them. Thank u Justin time for a pleasant experience...you welcomed me to AZ on a good note. I feel like I even made 3 new friends!

My wife and I called Just in Time to help us move our furniture to our new home. The team they sent out to help: Mike, Lucas and Rick wasted no time. They spent less than an hour to wrap up all of our stuff and head out to the other address. I would recommend calling this company in the event you need help with a move. I appreciate the fact they came in and just got down to business. It made our day a little easier.

Weve used Just-In Time Moving for two professional moves. The first in October 2016, when we moved our entire office. The second in January 2017 when we had a crew come to help us rearrange the office furniture and move some pieces to storage. Both times the service was over-the-top outstanding from phone call through payment. Justin and his team will take care of any future moves for this business and family.

I signed up for three guys and one truck to move a 3 bedroom house. It was POURING rain. Yes, Monday, September 8th. The rain that caused so many problems in the valley. The guys were troopers. They loaded, moved and unloaded everything in 3 hours. They arrived exactly on time. Worked non-stop and didnt slow down. I truly appreciated the service, it was definitely money well spent.

I hired Just-In Time for my cross country moving from Scottsdale to Flushing and Bayside, NY (two stops). They had done a wonderful job once again.
