Horrible service!! I had them re-coat my flat roof and it started leaking after a year and a half. After several unanswered calls and emails I finally got them to send someone out and take a look. THEIR OWN ROOFER told me the coating they used was inferior and he didnt know why they would even use it. They agreed to fix it and the guy they sent brushed a little coating on a small portion of the roof and left. So I complained some more, and they agreed to redo the whole roof. It still leaks. Now I have to pay another company to do it the right way! It is also worth mentioning that through that whole ordeal, I was never able to get an actual person on the phone.

I am an East Valley property manager and have been using Porter Roofing for about 5 years. Porter roofing has been so on top of their game, I dont even bother with competitive estimates any longer unless an investor owner requires them. Porter Roofing has done minor repairs to enitre roofs for me. They are very good to work with and reliable about thier timing and best of all, get the job done first time, every time.

Have used these guys several time but the last experience was a disaster! The crew left rubble around when they left and when I actually took the time to look at the repairs there were dozens of cracked and broken tiles (the original scope of work was to replace any broken tiles). And we had just had heavy rains! I will see how their follow up is now.

Staff seem disorganized and cant achieve hard-times with customer schedules. I have waited and asked several times for just a bid... I want to give you money for a service on a roof for our Paradise Valley Home yet I feel like I have to beg to just get quality customer service! I will take our business somewhere else..

9-23-15 had a very good experience with porter roofing with my tile roof repairs , they where on time for the 2 appointments the estimate and the repairs , left a clean work site when repairs done. received bill for there repairs and was same as estimate , very happy with porter roofing . bob havelin in chandler az

Besides the excellent quality and timeliness of the work, I know the owner Dennis Porter has high expectations for himself and his company...the job will always be done right and at a fair price.

Ive used Porter Roofing for many years both as a Realtor and Homeowner. They are thorough and honest. They go above and beyond for present and future roof integrity and stand behind their work. I wouldnt even consider using any other Roofing Contractor in the Valley.

Dennis came out and assessed the roof repair the next day. Great guy and very honest. He showed me some problems the other guys did not see in their inspection. No surprises or additional add ons to the invoice. Great Work and very Honest. Five Stars

Porter roofing is the best! From the quote to the work, it was all great! The workers did a great job,and an excellent job cleaning up all in one day in 106 degree temperature. Would highly recommend them!!!
