If you need your roof replaced or the underlayment replaced, I highly recommend Diversified Roofing. They were fantastic, competitive and thorough. I watched other roofs being re-done in our neighborhood and feel we had a superior job done on our roof. All flashing was replaced, bird stop, venting etc. They were done in a reasonable time, cleaned everything up thoroughly each day and the super for the roofing team came out every day to inspect the work done. He answered all our questions and explained the process in laymens terms and then at the end, did a final inspection of the entire roof. I am impressed.

A job that was supposed to only take around 6 days ended up taking more than four weeks. That was after they realized they put the tiles on UPSIDE-DOWN at about 70% completion. We had to clean up the yard several times ourselves as they just threw waste on the ground and left it there during monsoon season. Now, several weeks after theyve been paid, Ive been calling every day to get close out documentation. Nobody returns my voice mails (since they wont answer) and no documents received. Probably one of the WORST home repair experiences of my life.

Diversified Roofing is the company who installed the roof on my new build house in Dec.2013. It appears they installed the Ohagin vents incorrectly, and now have water stains on my ceiling. Disappointed, but not surprised after reading reviews. They wouldnt even come out to look without charging me $95, which I said forget it. Of course several other roofing companies were happy to come out, free of charge to look to see how they can fix Diversifieds mistakes. Zero stars for workmanship and customer service.

When I first contact this company I has small roof leak after storm. First associate came in and offered repair same week, repair man came in 3 weeks, charged twice original estimate and patched problem it started leaking in 2 places next rain. I called the company a supervisor came walked around said he wants to 3000-4500 to repair 2 places. Next rain it leaked in 4 places. I dont think they are bad company, in sense of employment, I simply hate the day I picked up the phone and called their number.

What a great roofing company, no pressure sales, very helpful and informative. They have a terrific rating with the Arizona Register of Contractors as well as the Better Business Bureau. They brought a large crew, that was very professional and fast. I would recommend them to anyone.
