I have worked for this company for over 13 years, We do Roofing and Asphalt paving, and Have a Salvage, Green waste recycle, Constructin waste dumpsters etc. We try to salvage any useable items, as these containers are for as previously mentioned Construction and Green Waste! I noticed the review below stating that we recycled products from a dumpster and that I did this same unhappy persons roof???? This must be a person that is lying blatenly, as we offer construction debris dumpsters, If I had instgalled her roof too, we would have let her use the dumpster for her personal waste for Free as the dumpster would already be there. I can tell you that I would not have been rude.. Nor would there have been a shock that we salvage All useable materials etc from the dumpsters, as we communicate that right when we rent the dumpster. Most dumpster companies recycle, EVERYTHING we can to eliminate trash in our landfills. We donate items constantly to the organizations, schools, children, etc. My habit is Always to donate whenever possible back to an individual that discarded salvageable items to us. I think someone here is trying to make Ron Case Roofing look bad, But I promise that we are all about installing a long lasting roof, asphalt Paving etc. We have been in business for over 40 years, I offer the opportunity for anyone to find a Roof that we have done, that is leaking, or that we have not addressed all issues with the customer in a fair proffessional manner. Horrible company! It is astonishing the lack of professionalism that this company embodies. At the time we were going over bids, Ron Case Roofing was extremely informative and stated they’d be able to start the work in a week; but once they got the one-half the contract paid for, they cashed it in immediately, all of the façade ended quickly. Two months later, they still haven’t started the work and worse yet, when I contact them to get an update, they leave me hanging, simply choose not to contact me. Trying to work with this company is proving to be a huge mistake. Now I am forced to go to small claims court to simply get the money I deposited for them to start the project. If you need roofing, chimney work, or paving, run the other way, and find somebody else.

This company does quality and proficient work. Ron and his son Christian met with me for an estimate the same day I called. Ron was quick to point out mistakes done by previous home owner. Rons crew did an exceptional well job on all aspects of my roof which included chimney masonry, ventilation, skylights, Insulation and complete tear off of rotted and moldy sheeting. Im happy to have the nicest roof in the neighborhood, from the oldest family owned roofing company in Utah.

This use to be 5 stars, but after working with Ron and having the project finished, it went $15,000 over the contract price. And he never bothered to call me to let me know things were going to cost significantly more. After he has now been paid in full, I am trying to get a detailed invoice, which he has failed to provide for a month of me asking now. I dont recommend Ron Case Roofing. If he makes a mistake, he will try to make you pay for it.

The only reason they got one star is because I had to highlight a star to leave a comment. This owner of this company is a crook! He takes your out of pocket money and never returns to do the job! He promises to but never shows!

Ron Case and Christian Case were great to work with. Their price was fair and they completed the work right on time.
