This is an establishment with very little morals.The owner wouldnt take any ownership for their mistakes. Ok to put it in context . I went in for a Brazilian blowout on July 2nd. I was promised after the treatment my hair would be smooth and frizz free and straight for up to 12 weeks and charged me $150 for the treatment. After the treatment it looked really good and I was very happy with the service . The stylist Navaneeta even took photos of my before and after pics and posted it on yelp . On a side note I was not told that my pics will be posted on yelp. I am gonna forget that. They told its ok to wash the hair next day but i didnt wanna to risk it and I waited for 3 days. On July 6th I washed my hair with shampoo and conditioner meant for Brazilian blowout. To my surprise my hair went back to the original frizzy non-straight texture. I called them the next day about the issue and they wont even apologize and blamed it all on the fact that I didnt buy some products they advertised to me after the treatment. They kept arguing thats the issue. If that was the issue then why would I need a professional ( self claimed ) stylist charging me $150 for a treatment that wont even stay beyond one hair wash. They suggested they will send me the product and using that will fix it which is ludicrous as it is completely frizzy again. The treatment can work for you if you dont wash your hair .. So please beware and avoid it for hair treatments.

I have been there for waxing and facial. The salon looks very nice and upbeat. However I am not sure why the AC is always Switched OFF. it is really hot in there. The last thing you want is too feel sweaty and sticky in a salon instead of having a pleasurable and relaxing experience. Waxing rates are pretty competitive like 50/55 for full legs and 35 for full hands(their website is not up to date). The change of clothes they had to offer was pretty bad and looked unclean compared to other salons. The bed sheets did not look very clean either. Sprint Waxing was done in sharp 15 mins for both hands and legs included.It seemed like she did not have even another minute to spare.Facial was so so as well. The atmosphere at the front desk felt tense as well and no one really greeted with a smile.There were continuous cross talks between the employees(including Rambha) over some issues which the customers waiting should not be hearing. Overall a bad experience and not at all relaxing.They have good space, infrastructure and potential to work with and I really think they can improve a big deal on the customer experience and satisfaction.

The review is for Bay leaf cafe. Choice of food is so so, more like a snack bar, but there are choices if you want to eat a full meal. WARNING: Owner keeps the all the tip, will lie if you ask him/her about it. Spoke with couple of waiters, both said that they have never seen a $ from the tip in any of his/her pay check. One said it is hard to earn just the hourly wage, when customers tip goes into the owners coffers. PLEASE DONT TIP!! IF YOU STILL WANT TO, DROP THE TIP INTO THE WAITERS CAR OR SOMETHING, MAIL A CHECK TO HIS/HER HOME!! Many of the establishments owned by people from Asia do this. I had tipped every time until I came to know about this.

Saw Suzi at the spa after finding her ad on Craigslist for $25 color & haircut. She listened to what I wanted and I love it! Very knowledgeable and experienced. The owner is Indian, and difficult to communicate with but seemed nice. I have gotten so many compliments and glad I got her.

Absolutely horrible. I made an appointment, showed up, sat there without being greeted, and then was told that the lady had left for the day....horrible way to run a business because you had a toothache. May your selfishness catch up with you.

I would recommend going if you dont really care if your spa person develops any kind of relationship with you; youll be happy with the services that she does. Just dont expect any kind of personal interaction besides the necessities.

Very poor customer service. These people dont have the slightest idea what English even is. Horrible service, lack of communication and most of all, they overcharged me!!! Grr... Not happy.
