First off let me say that Vidogi Salon is probably the best salon Ive ever been to!! Heres why: Yesterday, I went to get my hair done in the morning with a stylist named Amanda Peterson in Scottsdale. (AVOID AT ALL COSTS). I asked for a balayage and she completely butchered my hair, gave me awful highlights, and left my hair under heat so long that it completely fried my hair. I went home saw how bad it was and broke down in tears. I immediately searched Google for an new salon to fix it that day. I called the first one I saw, Vidogi, and the receptionist was so kind. She could tell that I was extremely upset and made me an appointment for 4pm later in the day. She reassured me that the stylists at the salon are very experienced in balayage and I would be in good hands. Once I arrived at the salon, four different people greeted me, offered refreshments, and made sure I was comfortable. My appointment was with Chad (seriously my new favorite person). He and some of the other stylist looked at my hair and were very honest with me about the damage and the process it would take for me to get it fixed. No sugar coating. Chad worked for four hours trying to get me as close as he could to what I originally wanted and he took his time to get it perfect, even staying past closing time. I had started the day miserable and horrified at my hair and thanks to Chad and Vidogi salon my hair looks tremendously better. They did not charged me such a great price for all the work it took and gave me treatment options to restore the health of my hair. I cannot wait to go back! BEST SALON!

Denise truly is an expert in hair, especially Asian hair! With the holidays coming up, I was in dire need of a up-to-date cut and color. I called her early morning to see if she had an opening that day (I would def not recommend doing that if you can plan ahead) and she was sweet enough to come in on her day OFF to fit me in! We did a beautiful ombré look with an all over brown and toned with an ashy grey and luckily my hair took well to the grey. I received so many compliments in the last day from family, friends and even strangers since I saw Denise. During my appt she gave me some great hair tips to maintain the health and integrity of my hair. Denise is a very talented stylist who you can trust with your hair. She is professional, passionate and a great listener. She is a pro at working with Asian hair and def the one to go to to look fabulous! Whether you are looking for blonde, highlights, a bayalage or an ombré look, Vidogi Salon is the place to go! Not mention they have other aesthetic services like Brazilian blowouts, extensions, a mani-pedi station and also a cute boutique inside! From the moment I stepped into her salon for my engagement photo trail session, I knew I was going to be in good hands. Not just good hands, comfortable ones! Denise and her staff were very warm and gracious upon my arrival and the salon was perfection in modern design. I went with her salon based off of the reviews online- and here I am, writing another great one! She offered suggestions on different hair and makeup styles to do for the engagement session and also for our wedding day. She was super fun and high energy during the whole experience, which was exhilarating because really- Im excited! Ive never had my hair and makeup done before,so it was a fun experience for me. She nailed both my engagement and wedding sessions! I asked for a very specific (and difficult) hair style for my wedding and it was PERFECT and held all day! My makeup wasnt heavy and held all day. She brought a couple of girls to help on our wedding day and were even giving suggestions to my bridesmaids on hair and makeup tips! If you want a great experience start to finish- go see Denise. Shes professional, prompt, creative and is genuinely sweet. Thank you Denise for everything!

With my first experience at Vidogi, my hair did not turn out as I invisioned it would. Owner/manager Denise jumped into action and scheduled me to come in for a color correction appointment at their expense. My second experience was a 360 turnaround from the first one. Denise did an excellent job explaining to me what she was doing to my hair to achieve the look I was going for. She also had the other stylist who had colored my hair initially observe the consultation so she could learn from her mistake and go forward a better informed stylist for future clients. My hair color turned out beautifully and was exactly what I pictured in my head. She showed me styling techniques that would exentuate the different colors in my hair and compliment my hair cut as well. She was so courteous to me and understanding of the situation, more so than I deserved considering how I had acted when initially expressing my dislike of the first color go-round. After speaking with Denise for 5 minutes her passion for her business, her employees, and the beauty industry was clear. I will be happy to recommend Vidogi salon to anyone who asks where I got my hair done.

I went to have my hair colored, mostly virgin hair. while it initially looked natural with the balayage, it was darker than originally and grey from the toner ... I spoke with the owner who was very nice and helpful. She offered to have a correction done, so two days later I was in. While I had high hopes the final product was not at all what I looked for in the first place. It was way blonder but almost just straight bleached out! I simply wanted to go a few shades lighter not bleached out ... The owner said I should be two shades lighter .. This is way too light... My hair is straight so I also see every blunt color line and patches ... I am sitting here in tears because what I was hopeful for was a nice treat for myself to make myself feel better.. And now I feel embarrassed to be in public .. My parents even come to visit and pictures will be awful! Even in a ponytail I look like I have a clip on in!!! Dirty blonde on the top of my head the tail bleach blonde... They were nice And gave good tips for after care... I had a good cut there but I wont be going back... I cant afford it to be fixed..

My husband bought me a customer appreciation service program card for Vidogi Salon from a corporate event at his work. The card had a printed list of beauty services that I needed to redeem over a few visits. First of all, the owner (Denise) did not want to honor all the services as written on the card. She went on and said how she disliked the company who did the advertising for them and how they misprinted the items on the card. On top of that, I found her extremely rude and disrespectful, otherwise, I would have just let it go without complaining. She behaved like she was doing a favor by letting me use the card. She completely ignored the fact that we had to pay money to purchase the program and it is not my problem if the company she dealt with misprinted the items. Come on Denise, as a client, I would expect an owner to be respectful and nice to her clients! From a service standpoint, the salon is okay. Should I also mention that my nails (multiple, not just one) chipped just in couple of days after I had the pedicure done!. But I liked Tammy and Victoria. They were both very nice to me!
