I have been looking for a well priced, clean, friendly, professional salon in the greater Salt Lake area. I read the reviews on Hair Max Salon and decided to try it out. I booked an appointment with Ashley. The customer service over the phone was great, and when I arrived I received a warm welcome to the salon. Ashley is professional and friendly, and did a great job on my hair. The other employees are just as friendly and go out of their way to make one feel welcome. I was offered a drink several times and really taken care of through out my visit. The pricing is very reasonable. The decor of the salon is warm and relaxing. Nice but not too over the top. I really enjoyed my visit and will be going back. And by the way, if you need supplies this is the place to go to- as well as getting nails and hair done.

I made an appointment here for my WEDDING DAY to have my hair curled and was late due to an accident on the interstate, needless to say there was nothing I could do. I received a call from the girl who was I was scheduled with and she actually started yelling at me! I tried to explain my situation and she then listed all of the appointments she had after me and told me she wouldnt do my hair- on my wedding day! Needless to say I would NEVER recommend this place, they are totally unprofessional and rude.

I use to buy a lot of products here and refer my friends and family. Because of their return only within 30 return policy and them making me feel like I wasnt a valued customer on multiple occasions I will not return to this location or refer friends again.

Lovvvve Hairmaxx! Ive tried other places and keep coming back because these ladies seriously know what theyre doing. So nice and pleasant to talk to, and its always stocked with other great items like makeup and (the cutest) purses. The best salon in Utah!
