The owner of this establishment refused to give me a refund even though I got chemical burns along my hairline from a poorly done bleach job. My stylist was a very nice person but did not execute the style I wanted well so I asked her to make an adjustment. When she tried to fix it she burned my hairline and I walked away with three different shades of color. After the weekend I called for a refund and the owner repeatedly interrupted me - she kept telling me that she thought the original attempt looked good which concerned me because I thought it looked terrible. She asked me to come back in so they could fix it but I told her I didnt want to come back after having such a negative experience the first time. She kept interrupting me to defend her stylist. She offered me product but I just wanted to be refunded, even if it was a partial refund. This is the first time Ive ever asked for a refund from a salon and Im shocked at how inconsiderate and rude the owner was even though she saw the chemical burns the night it happened. Service providers need to take accountability for their mistakes and treat the customer with respect and compassion. There may be kind and skilled stylists here but this salons owner does not honor unsatisfied customers, even after theyve caused visible damage to their hair or skin. I ended up going to another salon to make corrections.

My friend just got her hair done and had the worst nightmare experience in this salon. The manager has hired people that have not had enough experience in hair to work at a salon that charges 100$ for hair. She paid 100$ to look like crap and when she requested a refund they would not give it to her. The manager promised she would stay after hours and has made many appointments with my friend but when she would show up the manager would say she made commitments so she doesnt have time for her. A younger girl tried to do an ombre that she promised she was good at and failed only mixing one side of the ombre in (orange against black). When it came time for the hair cut she spent 3 minutes on the hair cut and made it uneven (an inch uneven in certain places). I will not and would not EVER recommend this salon. They are inconsiderate, expensive, and snappy. They say they promise great service and that the customer will always leave happy, but this salon does not go by their word. I cannot believe the job this girl did on my friends hair, absolutely embarrassing. I am not trying to be rude but I dont know how she graduated school or got hired if she cant even complete a little haircut.

went to get a hair cut with my friend, completely uneven and choppy. My bangs were cut strait across. My friend had to leave for a professional work appointment that the hair dresser knew about and only did half of his hair. She would not finish his hair for him before he left so he had to go home and get a hat and go about his day without a finished product and hair all over his face. VERY PROFESSIONAL. He couldnt make an appointment until later that evening before they would finish it. When the girl cut his hair he told her how he specifically wanted it, and showed her what not to cut. She BUZZED his hair off. NEVER GOING BACK. NO REFUND

I got my haircut here for the first time at this salon and Cheryl was my hairstylist. She was incredibly amazing in every way possible that you would want the person cutting your hair to be. She was easy to talk to and very sweetly appeased any fear I had and listened very attentively to what I wanted. A lot of hairstylists feel kind of intimidating so much so that you feel afraid to comment on anything they did or if they can change something but Cheryl was absolutely perfect ! I would definitely recommend this place!

Horrible...My daughter wanted to style her bangs...the hairstylist didnt know how to simply cut bags angled to the left!!!! something so simple!!!...so she cut her bangs in zig zag!!! middle of forehead, kind of to the right!!..OMG worst haircut ever!!! and she even charged me for it!!! discounted price of course!!! when I should charged her for the damage!!!...definitely this salon lost a new customer.

Just got my hair done and I had a really great experience with them! Everyone is so friendly and they were so accommodating to get me in last minute! I am really picky about how I like my highlights to look and Lyndsay nailed it! They also have a ton of product for sale and their staff is friendly and knowledgeable with each line they carry. I will definitely be going there again

My experience was from a walk-in. Shelly, although quite busy, took the time to style my hair for an event I had later that day. She did a great job and I loved the way my hair looked! The cost was well within reason as well. I do not live in Davis County, but if I did, I would make Exquisite Effects Salon my main hair go-to.

Ive been coming to Tiffany for years to get my nails done. Let me tell you what an amazing job she does. She is so talented, and oh my gosh her pedicures are so great, the pedicures are so relaxing. She has a fantastic talent. I would definitely recommend coming to her!!

Shelly the lady that worked there was rude and inconsiderate. Dont go to this salon. Go to Supercuts or somewhere else in Kaysville. My hair looks like I just woke up, and it doesnt get any better no matter I do.
