I went in for an extreme A-Line cut; super short in the back where it spikes and LONG in the front. When Ashley was done cutting she asked "Hows that?" Well to start it was not even close to what I asked for. She gave me Victoria Beckhams pixie cut. I do not have the face shape for a pixie cut. I cried. As if I hadnt punish myself enough, I scheduled a highlighting with Brittany a few months later. My hair is at least a somewhat decent length by now. I asked for very few highlights and not TOO light. Instead of going with my hair partitian she colors SIDEWAYS saying that if I part my hair one side or the other it will show off more or less blond. Fine, I go with it. She rinses my hair put me back in the chair with wet hair and asks "How do you like it?" I ask "Could you dry it so I can see?" She responds, "Oh, I only do color, I dont style hair." I found out later I had uneven tones on the color job. I had enough. I have never been back since.

Super disappointed about my resent visit this weekend. I had a Groupon and had to use a level one stylist. Ok, didnt think much about it. Its t&g alright! Wanted to go from a shoulder length with a undercut to a short pixie, very feminine style this time around (I had brought a pic btw). After 2 hours in the chair and a few questions to the "educator" it ended up a catastrophe. Everybody started scramble abound, saying we have to fix this. New clients are already here and nobody available to fix the mess at the top of my head. I ended up waiting for 15 min for a higher level stylist to try to correct what had already been done. I ended up looking like a boy and I couldnt be more dissatisfied. Advise, dont go to the lower level stylist with anything but a simple trim. Seriously has to use a hat for a few months and my femininity is all gone. I know its just hair, but seriously feeling low right about now.

I am so mad. First I went to santan and the girl cut a three inch layer when the rest of my hair is to my butt, so then I went to chandler and it got worse!!! I know the girl I had was very nice however she made my hair worse. I told her to try to get the terrible layer to blend as much as she could and then add v-shaped layers. So she cut the bottom layer into a v and the top layer straight across. My hair is a complete nightmare. If you value your hair they can not fix it. They will tell you they cant after they starting cutting and then do exactly what you showed them a pic of what you dont want and then tell you they cant do. I am so mad because then they charged me 65$ to botch my hair. Just dont waste your time or money or risk your hait

I went into Toni and Guy last week (12/29/15) for a recolor. My hair is naturally curly (multiracial texture) and I wanted to go from dark brown (natural color) to blonde. Tanner killed my hair (in a good way). My hair looks amazing and I am so happy that I went to him. They are super friendly and kept fixing my hair until I fell in love with it. I would definitely recommend Tanner to any who wants something dramatic done to their hair or even a simple color. I never let anyone do my hair and I entrusted this dramatic change to him and he nailed it. I will definitely be going back to him for any color needs or touch ups.

Ive been coming here for years, but it wasnt until today, when Kirstie, who COMPLETLEY saved a distasterous color done by another salon, that my appreciation for Toni and Guy was magnified! I dont know why I ever went anywhere else! Kierstie took my horrific orange ombre that another salon did, and blew me away beyond my expectaions with the most beautiful color and highlights Ive ever had in my life! I wanted to cry in joy of how beautifully she fixed my hair. Judy also was amazing with styling my hair to perfection. Kierstie and Judy are hands down the best!!! Ill never go anywhere else again!

I had a good review up for this location, but took it down and felt the need to re-review it. I have stopped going to T&G completely because of my distaste for this location. The last few times I went the reception staff was preoccupied and the stylist was running very far behind with no we are sorry from anyone. I am sad about this because I never had these problems from the Mesa location. The prices also became very expensive for a not so great haircut from a preoccupied stylist. Oh well found a new place closer to home.

I have been having Ashlee, at the Chandler location, cut my hair for about 2 years now. She definitely knows what she is doing and she is very meticulous with out taking hours to finish. Before I found Ashlee I had the same hair lady for about 7 years. When you find someone as good as Ashlee you wont need to go anywhere else! The salon is always clean and I have never had a negative experience in reference to customer service or hair style.

This is my first visit. I have very long hair and it needed love from a great stylist. I love the "get what you pay for" structure and I chose to go with Jennifer ( a top stylist) for an amazing new cut and style. I also walked in to find Q, the stylist that I lost years ago to a different salon. I am thrilled that he is here and I would go to either of these stylists any day. They are awesome at what they do.

I would rate a zero if I could. This place cut my hair shorter on one side than the other. I went back to have it fixed the next day and got it fixed but so much of my hair got cut now I have no layers. I could have just chopped it off myself and it would have looked better and save myself the money. I contacted them for a refund and did not receive one or any type of compensation.

I went in for a haircut 1/3/17 asking for a long bob. The hairdresser, Jennifer, cut my hair 4-5 inches shorter than asked. Literally every girls nightmare. I love medium hair, but at this length its almost barely medium and possibly considered a short haircut. Itll take me 4-6 months at the minimum to get my hair where I want it. I dont recommend Jennifer.

Ive been a very satisfied customer up until now I am very disappointed!!! Im just wondering what happened? My correction hair cut is a total failure!!! Now Ive got to wait three months because you cant correct this cut. So much for asking for an a line with stacks. I even showed two different pictures of what I wanted.

I went to Toni&Guy for the first time last week and had a wonderful experience. Carlito cut my hair and did an excellent job. Everyone was very friendly and overall made me feel like I needed to make this my go-to hair salon. I definitely recommend Toni and Guy, as well as Carlito, to anyone!
