I have had my best hair experiences at Unity Salon with my favorite hair stylist of all time, Crystal Clark. The salon atmosphere is great, offering beverages with a relaxing atmosphere and wonderful employees. I have had some hair disasters in my life, but Crystal Clark always gets it spot on, with what my hair needs. I am able to walk in describe the situation and she is able not only get what I want from my hair, but there is always a creative yet innovative touch that Crystal adds, making my hair better than imagined. She is an expert with hair coloring and making sure it fits my skin complexion and the look I am pursuing. She does very well with varying cuts and styles and I can count on her no matter what length my hair is at. I have come to Crystal for special events when my hair needed to be dressed up and styled. She made my photos turn out amazing. Crystal is an all around hair stylist with all the skills, but most importantly shes a great person and friend to talk to when getting my hair done. I highly recommend the Unity Salon and Crystal Clark for a great hair experience!

It must have been fate that I was able to get my hair done at this salon. I was desperate to get my hair cut (Im a procrastinator) and after a day of getting rejected by every salon I called, Unity returned my call and was able to get me an appointment the same day. I was sooooo greatful. I was set up with Amy and I have never received the level of service and comfort that she and the owner offered. Not only was the haircut amazing, you could really tell that she was interested in and cared about your hair goals. After meeting her she sat down with me and asked about the history of my hair, what I had in mind, and offered suggestions for the best look possible with the condition my hair was in, (and my hair wasnt pretty) Like I said, I have never received this level of service at a salon before. I will definitely be returning and am excited to work with Amy in the future.

I first came to Unity Salon about a year ago when my wonderful stylist, Crystal Clark, started working there, and I am very glad that she is now a part of Unity Salon! The atmosphere is one of relaxed elegance in the city. They always offer refreshment to their clientele as they wait and are treated to excellent service (I love their cucumber or strawberry water). Crystal is an amazing stylist! The first time I went to her I told her exactly what I wanted and she did not disappoint. Other times I have not been sure what to do with my hair other than just a trim, but Crystal has always known what to do. One time, I kept my eyes closed the whole time she was working on my hair so it could be a surprise and it was amazing! And if your are feeling stressed, a head massage from Crystal as she washes your hair at Unity Salon will help you relax in a way you never knew was possible.

Ive been coming into Unity for about a year now and have been having Julie L. cut my precious hairs. The staff is always friendly and greets me with a smile and a fancy flavored water when I arrive. Julie is always happy and gets me in and out in about 30 minutes, which is no small miracle considering the sheer size of my melon. Great modern atmosphere without feeling pretentious, easy access location, and I even get a warm face towel while my hair is being washed. Ohh, and Julie always cleans up my neck line with a straight razor which I think is a great touch. Go have Julie hook up your head at Unity, and youll have the confidence to do whatever it is you typically do after a haircut, only way better.

I have been to Unity Salon a handful of times and look forward to going back. I have been seeing Crystal for my cut and color. I have fine blonde hair and she has been awesome at working with me. She is an amazing colorist and matched my extension color perfectly! She knows how to cut my finer hair to help make the illusion of a fuller hair. I am even taking my kids to get their hair done by her now! She is easy to talk to and pleasant to work with. I always look forward to seeing her. I also must note that the gentleman that helps me at the front desk is sincerely one of the nicest people Ive worked with at a salon. He always takes good care of me and offers me a beverage. Fun experience all around.

I have a blue mohawk that Crystal keeps in compliment-inducing, high-five-producing, can-I-touch-it questioning rsfa condition like the artist and professional stylist she is. I just say "yeah, as long as its blue I trust you," and then a few hours later I have hair resembling the blue oceans around Isla Guadalupe. Like, imagine snorkling and seeing the water change between five different hues of blue as the sun and waves dance across the surface, and that is my hair. Very stoked on it. Also, she is very accommodating as far as scheduling is concerned. And takes ApplePay. And once picked up some hair product for me that I was having trouble locating on my own. Basically, she is the best.

I drive all the way from Wyoming into Salt Lake City, Utah just to see my Crystal at Unity. You will not find better hairstylists, atmosphere, availability and/or talent then here. There have been numerous times my hair was breaking off due to my medications, anesthesia dryness after surgery, you name it.. and Crystal saved it! She is obviously my favorite and I would highly recommend her. As for the rest of the staff they are all top notch and make it a pleasurable experience every time I am there. Pretty sure you wont go wrong with anyone working there... Dont waste money of bad salons.. Drive the distance for perfection every time! Go to Unity Salon! You wont regret it...

Crystal is a fantastic hair stylist. She worked an impressive feat of skill, strength, and magic on my hair. (now more than once). She took me from the blackest of black to a magnificent white/grey/silver combination. I think most people would have lost all their hair after pulling such a change in only one session but Crystal managed to make my hair feel softer than a puppys fur. Seriously, I feel like a magical unicorn that could conquer the world after Crystal laid her talented hands on my head. Not only that but the Salon is located so conveniently in downtown Salt Lake City. I would highly recommend Crystal and Unity Salon to anyone who needs a stylist.

I have been going to see Crystal Clark at Unity Salon for a couple of years. But I have been going to Crystal Clark to get my hair done for over 5 years. I have never had anyone take that much time to get to know me and know what I will not only love, but what kind of hair style I am willing to maintain. She knows her stuff and I wouldnt go to anyone else. In fact I live in Colorado and when Crystal moved from Colorado to Utah a couple years ago, I decided that I make the trip to Utah just to get my hair done. Well I do see my family as well but I only get my hair done when I am in Utah because I know I will get a quality hair cut, color, and style.
