Quality Service!! Every time I go to this Beauty Brands, I get quality service. They are friendly, helpful, great deals and the services are great!! I get services from several people there. I have had amazing facials and the pedicures are so relaxing too! I brought a group of friends in and we had a great time!! Im so excited for the next big sale thats coming up in July. Its their shampoo sale that they have every year. Last year I paid $11.98 for liters of AG shampoo. Usually it would cost me about $48.98 a liter, so this year Im stocking up!! I cant wait :)

Lazy, just plain lazy. So I was 20 minutes late and had called ahead to let them know. I show up and they cancelled my appointment on New Years Eve. I watched the receptionist ask three different stylist if they could do a mens haircut, all of which had 15-20 minutes before their next appointment and they all declined. Ive spent hundreds of thousands of dollars at this place and have referred many people, of which I will be letting know of my experience. Never again. I dont have time for lazy customer service and experience.

Went in last night. Took at least 5 minutes for someone to even acknowledge that I was in the store. The make-up is so misplaced and put away under wrong names, brands, mislabeled, etc. It was absolutely frustrating. No one offered help. They didnt have any paper strips for testing perfume, the tissues were all out as well. This place is a mess. Ill save my sanity and drive to Ulta for sure.
