Had been getting eyelashes done for a year elsewhere, my gal had a baby so took time else. My husband bought me a 200 dollars gift card to get them done here at phazes, she lady glued my eye shut , hit me in head with tweezers, glued all the lashes to my EYE LID so when I blinked theyd stab me in the eye and the glue all over eyelid would stab and pull cause nothing was glued on the eye lash!!! Took 2 and a half hours of my time but only spent an hour of it working. The other time she spent not sure what she was doing over my face and leaving the room to get "supplies". Cost 120 and not only painfully and poolry done she missed allllll eyelashes in the inner corner eye and the outter corners and alllll lashes in between I seriously bet only 50 lashes put on both eyes together added up and all of then glued to thebeye lid. I called after leaving to embarrassed to tell the girl Raigan how bad she was. Met the manger who was RUDE belittled me called it " natural " said shed charge 25 to have to girl make them "more full" and it had to be the same girl who glued my eye shut and glued them all to my eyelids in nasty clumps. Finney got manger to look at them an hour on the phone of her being rude as crap. Meet her in person and the other women who used to do then and before the lady opened her mouth the manager with shorter brown hair who I had been talking with oh yeah very natural look everyone s getting them like that. And then lady who used to do them named Nicol said yeah, theyre all glued to her eye lid , they look like what they should after having them at three weeks needing a fill. Theyre all on her skin... So then the manger goes 50 Ill give to your account . though it cost me 120 and pain and glued my eyes shut. So I come in again and every damn person is super snobby the women who helped me with verify ing yeah theyre glued to your eye, was rude and the staff just acts towards me like I was the problem and trashy and my money wasnt good there. Ive never been so up set going to somewhere and asking them to fix their mistake and for them to tell me no you have our product on you can give your money back though I have to have it all professionly removed by somewhere else cause they dont have time. Said I had the "product" on so they cant reimbursement or give another service , they have back their 45 lashes and lb glue and the bill to get them removed. SooOooooooo rude . theyre not professional. And will not fix their mistake and will charge you to get them "fixed" and only by the Peron who messed it up even if underquailfed and glues your eye shut but will charge you double to have someone else do. Oooooooo upset will never go back bought 123 in flipping lip gloss so i dont have to go back ever again do to the gift card non refundable . and only that amount cause I had " their products " on my " eyes " more like in!!! Paid 200 so their" stylist " and manager and employee to be looked down on talked snotty and rude to.

I set up an appointment a month ago for this week as we had family pictures this weekend. The receptionist took all of my information and confirmed not only the information but also the appointment. A few hours later I realized it would be better to switch the day and called back. Again they were very helpful, looked up my information and gave me a new time complete with confirmation. Imagine my surprise when upon arrival tonight not only did I not have an appointment scheduled but the receptionist couldnt find me anywhere in the system! After having someone else come over to help her look through the system I was handed no less than 3 different unrelated excuses as to why this had occurred - all of which either contradicted each other or the information I had provided. As if that wasnt bad enough they called on my way home to offer yet another excuse (that also didnt make sense) as to why the error had occurred. When I expressed my frustration over the matter the receptionist said, "Well, Id love to take the blame but it wasnt my fault." No kind of recompense was offered other than "fitting me in" later on in the week. Needless to say, I will be looking for a new salon as when I pay that much for a haircut I expect a certain degree of competency/professionalism that was severely lacking in this matter.

I booked my first appointment as a new client with Lora. When I arrived at the salon, I found out the salon had changed stylists on me and Naomi was going to be cutting my hair. Bugged me that they had changed it and no one had called to see if that was okay, but went ahead with the change. My hair was absolutely butchered and was only one inch long. I wanted a pixie but this cut was like a mans. I called the owner and she said she wanted me to be happy and was willing to cut and color my hair at no charge. I waited 7 weeks so that my hair could grow out. Went in for my appointment today and they had changed the stylist again back to Naomi. Again with no notice. I will never go when this is evidently their practice. Beware if you are a new client! I will find a salon with more integrity!!

The store is beautiful, but Ive had several different girls give me haircuts that were way too short, and they fired the sweetest girl who never let me leave without making sure I was happy. She was a rare gem, and I cant imagine a store letting her go! For the cost, she was the only one that was worth it. Her name is Charlene and she is now at Grass Roots in Layton Hills Mall. If you want someone amazing, go there! UPDATE: Correction, Charlene WAS amazing. She has since butchered me horrendously, failed to even make my daughters hair even, and freaked out when asked to make it right. I only remembered about this review after I came searching for a place to fix what she did to me. $180 bucks and they wont even give a refund. Avoid her at all costs.

Bought a gift cert for a friends birthday that I bought online on Salons site. There was an option to print it out and that is what I did with a cert code that verified I paid for it. Salon could not find it in their computer sys. My friend was totally embarassed and was told maybe she should come back when the manager was there in two days. I went to a lot of trouble when I purchased this cert, reading reviews and looking at their web site. I will never buy anything from there again and I will not recommend it to anyone I know. This Salon was in a neighboring town, so my friend wasted her gas also.

I went for a color correction from a box dye and to cut my hair shorter. The stylist did an AMAZING job on the color correction. Its perfect. However, the cut feels butchered. In the chair it seemed fine with the product she put in it but I when I went home and after a shower, its not good at all. Ive tried styling it, flattening, anything to get it to look semi-decent but its just butchered. I am thankful for the color though.
