I was here in Phoenix for a week and this chick fil a was very close to where i was staying. I visted this restaurant twice while i was here. The first time i came in i was so impressed on all the decorations and how clean this store was. The food was very hot and fresh and the employees were very good and helpful. My second time was a little diffrent. I came in for a carry out order and waited a while to finally get to order at the register. The manager was in the bagging area making salad kits and saw me standing ready to order. After a few moments she said someone will be right with you. After another few moments of just standing there she finally stopped was she was doing and came to take my order. She should have just tooken it in the first place. I believe she was the manager as she did not have a proper uniform. She also did not have a name badge. So i didnt know her name but assume she was in mangment. While talking my order she was very rude and one of the worst cashiers ive seen at a chick fil a. She was not a example of what a manger is at a chick fil a.

My family visits Chick-fil-A perhaps a few times per month; and weve always had excellent service and food. Today on a very rare occasion we were served food that was luke warm. My husband returned the food to the counter and let them know it wasnt up to their standards. Immediately he was told we would receive new fresh food....which we did. The manager personally delivered the food, with many apologies. With the apologies, we received our money back ($25) and free desserts for the 4 of us. I couldnt be more happy ~ This type of service is definitely why we continue to choose them over all other fast food, and why we will continue to give them our business.

We love chick fil a, but we call this one the mean chick fil a because they have been mean to my son on several occasions. One incident was when my son was not even 2 and they refused to give him a balloon, even though he was crying, because it was not family night. I talked to the owner and she was also rude and annoying. She kept interrupting me and did not listen to what I was saying. This happened 2 years ago and still I have a bad experience the couple times we did end up going to this location since then. This has never happened to us any place else. I will never go to this one again!

We are new to Chick-fil-A but love this chain and the concept behind it, the courtesy of the employees, the freshness of the food. I will admit that it runs a little different than your standard fast food...i.e, the food is different (no beef burgers here), you place your order and they bring it to YOU and refill your drinks at your table. So its a little overwhelming at first. Employees should be on the lookout for first time customers and kind of hold their hands through the ordering process. All in all, love this place. Five stars.

*Edit from my original, I decided to go again and see if anything has changed. Nope that same manager is still working here. Listen up Chick-Fila you are loosing business over this manager. Its not worth it. Downgraded my stars. I cant stand this location. Rude management. The female manager berates and belittles her staff in front of customers. How does corporate handle my complaint, by having her call me so she can tell me that never happened.. Get some integrity treat your employees right.

Received a lemonade with a meal from their drive thru that was horrible! Threw it away - the whole bottom of the cup was filled with seeds & there was so much pulp you would have to chew the drink. Surprised they would serve the bottom of the barrel. I love fresh squeezed lemonade, but that was disgusting! They didnt seem surprised when I called them either. Offered if I wanted to come back I could get a free drink. Not worth the drive back. Made our own lemonade at home. Disappointing.

I think all the good reviews are confusing this Chick-fil-A for the one on Gilbert Rd. and the 202. The manager is horrible to her employees(this is confirmed by former employees of this location Ive spoken to) and gives terrible service and the food is "meh" compared to other chick-fil-as and rarely tastes fresh. Have better food, better service, and better everything at the one on Gilbert Rd. Its literally 2 miles down the freeway, you wont regret passing this one up.

It looks like reviews are all over the place for this location which surprises me.... I used to eat at this location all the time on my work break and they were always super friendly, fast, accurate, delicious, clean - I mean really great for fast food. I love the chicken nuggets best as far as the menu goes. Real chicken too - none of that fake mechanically processed chicken parts. This restaurant somewhat restores my faith in fast food. :)

The customer service here is like no other chick-fil-a service I have ever come in contact with. They were rude and unhelpful! I am appalled! One of the managers did not uphold to the high chick-fil-a standards that I am accustomed to. We had an issue with our food and she didnt want to give us our money back even though we were throwing it away and it was not good. She sent us away empty handed, we wont be back... To THAT location anyway!

Today I ordered a Spicy Chicken Sandwich Meal with my fries well done and a coke. I got exactly what I asked for. It was delicious and fast. The meat was pretty juicy and the fries had the perfect crisp to it. I did go through the drive thru and although I didnt see the restaurant inside the employees showed how clean thier restaurant is through thier own attire. Each person I saw was dressed professionally and were also very friendly.

Never ate at a Chick-fil-A before. I have to admit this was amazing. Loved the food very lightly breaded and waffle fries to die for. I have never had the customer service I had at a fast food restaurant. They offered me assistance many times, refills. Served my food. How freaking awesome. I will be eating plenty more of this food. Also loved the instrumental Christian music! =) Just became my favorite place.

Worst Chick-fil-A that I have ever been to! Very small portion, medium fries only has 10 pieces, big and small, every piece counted, only half of the fry holder. Market salad is super small as well, only half-filled. We are Asian, not a big eater. Small price as other Chick-fil-A , kinda cheating customer. Daily cleaning playground routine during dinner hour, no response after calling customer service.

This location offers an average experience that has never exceeded expectations for me, but, sometimes fell below. They have messed up my order before in the drive through and I have had to wait or been asked to pull around and wait too often. They are usually busy in both the lobby and drive thru with service that does not seem genuine and feels more like feed the cattle and move the line along.

We had an issue with our bill and when I mentioned it to the manager she was very belittling and condescending. However, she did have one of the young kids at the front bring us a few cookies but she didnt have the professionalism to come over and do it herself . Additionally, I went to use the restroom and there was no toilet paper! Are you kidding me? I honestly will never go back there again
