Food is the main reason I go here, but everything else doesnt hurt. Although not the cheapest, you definitely get enough to fill you. Personally I can buy a large salad and it feeds me for two meals. I also feel incredibly comfortable getting Gluten Free at this location. I have celiac disease and I have yet to have gotten sick from this Costa. Sometimes the staff is pretty cold, but mostly they are really friendly, luckily never rude. Last time I visited, even though its fast food, an employee came around checking on tables, offering napkins, refills, etc. Made me feel very welcome. All around a very good place to eat.

Not impressed with their nachos. In the past they have been piled high, and my wife and I can split one and feel satisfied. These left me hungry, and cost nearly ten bucks with nothing fancy (grilled chicken, no add ons). It would be one thing if this felt like a one time thing or an employee mess-up, but it seems like this chain just keeps dragging prices up and dropping portion sizes (had similar experience at another location). The fact that they moved to an app and redid all of their rewards (devaluing the points earned under the old system) was just the final nail in the coffin. Ill be eating elsewhere.

My friend and I stopped here for a late dinner one day and quite enjoyed our experience. Not only were the workers kind but they also provided us with a clean and friendly atmosphere. My favourite thing was that we walked out at around 9:45 and only then realised that we had been there so long after closing until some guy from the parking lot yelled at us for keeping his daughter there 45 minutes after. Props to then for providing such a positive experience and I would definitely go there again! (Maybe just for not as long as this last time ;)

If you like the wrong order go ahead and order online. I ordered Pork in my salad and picked it up and got all the way back to work and it ended up being chicken. After going back and getting a replacement I thought it was right but got back to work again after being late back from lunch and turns out whoever was making my salad cant tell the difference between pork and chicken because it was chicken... AGAIN. I said screw it and decided to eat it anyways because I did not have time to deal with it. I will not be going to that costa vida again

Costa Vida has really good food only complaint is that the salad its really a salad. Its mostly all lettuce like barely any meat of your choice and the rest is just rice and beans. Honestly I always end up finishing my "salad" in the first few bites, and then just rap my beans and rice to make a burrito. Also last few Times Ive been there there is barely any meat! Same with the burritos like seriously needs more meat or you guys need to drop the price because all Im getting is beans and hardly any meat and a side of lettuce for like $9.

Great food at a great price from friendly people. Its our quick date night location. For a great value consistently, combine the daily specials with app points and the surveys free chips. And now with free burrito smothering! First, buy from the daily specials menu which includes a drink, all priced the same. Second, download the app and scan every receipt to accrue points toward spendable credit. Third, do a quick survey every time and write down the code. That way, you get free chips with salsa or queso every time you go!

Love me some Costa, I think Cafe Rio is better. But they are pretty much the same. Rio has the better tortillas. I do not like that they changed the price of their burritos to include the cost of the enchilada style. Not a big fan of all that cheese and sauce. I like it plain. Less calories without the cheese. It may not be real Mexican food. but it is tasty. Check out Dona Mary or Maria Bonita if that is what you are looking for.

This is okay. Its really the same model as Cafe Rio, but with a different seating plan. The lines are long, but they go pretty fast. The food is pretty good, but it all tastes the same, whether you get the salad, the burrito, or the enchilada. The seating isnt great, and its pretty loud in here, so its not a great place for good conversation.

I usually would give Costa Vida five stars due to fast and excellent service and great food, but today when we visited, both my wife and I were freezing because they still have their air conditioning on summer mode. Brrrr!!! I also think they could have been more proactive in cleaning off their tables in their dining area.

I like Costa Vida even though they copied Cafe Rio for a couple of reasons. 1. Its not so dang busy like Cafe Rio 2. Its about .50 to 1.00 less expensive than Cafe Rio. 3. Their Pork Nachos are fantastic! 4. They accept coupons On a negative note, there house salad dressing isnt as good as Cafe Rios but oh well.

I prefer this place over Cafe Rio. Even though its a knock off, they are doing a better job. I would give them 5 stars if they managed to make more space around the area for getting drinks, forks and napkins. This place can get super busy and there is literally no space to get your drink. That is very annoying.

The restaurant is close to my house. I love the cinnamon tortillas. The tables often need to be wiped down and I end up grabbing a napkin and wiping down where I sit, but I love the food and price. I wish the scoop of guacamole that I pay extra for was a bit larger though since I am paying extra.

Always love coming to Costa Vida in Orem. Great location and very close to where I live. I usually get the Sweet Pork Burrito but lately I have been getting the Sweet Pork Quesadilla. Sooo Good! Costa Vida always has delicious food no matter what you get! I definitely recommend it.

I love this place. Fresh Mexican. Great flavors. The raspberry Chipotle is my drug of choice. Ive been here enough that I have the Costa app and eat free with points on a regular basis. I prefer this to that other chain. Not to bag on anyone, I just prefer the taste of Costa Vida.

Costa Vida has totally conceived a new expansion for the Mexican grill market. They have opened up new horizons when it comes to menu, and even allow you to build your own creation. Great quality food, kind speedy service, and a good price for the offering.

Out of all the Costa Vidas and Cafe Rios Ive been to, this one is the best. Without a doubt the manager here does a great job training his employees. Ive had no complaints. Not once. Even when the line is out the door, it goes by fast.

I got a steak burrito, it was good, though I turned down their smothering sauces. My gf got the sweet pork in tacos, but ended up feeling like it was too sweet for her after all. Portions were good sized. I will eat here again.
