Amazing service. Two dapper young men helped me out this afternoon. Bryson cooked my tortilla to PERFECTION. Then as he sprinkled the cheese like an angel pours blessings, I knew this meal would be one Id never forget. I proceeded down the line like a child running for easter eggs. "PORK!" I yelled, "PORK." On my hands and knees, I begged the kind gentleman, Spencer, to put a bit more guacamole on and hooked me up like only a brutha can. Never have I seen such grace. This man dipped the scoop deeeep into the guac. As he pulled out the guacamole, my heart leapt. I felt as if I were a baby chicken, gazing up at my masters hand, longing for my food. He then hesitated. There sat my love, 1 inch above the bed of beans and rice. I fell over, begging, "Spencer..........please." The distinguished burrito patriarch smiled from cheek to cheek, and said, "My son......you are ready." With that, he poured out my salvation. The creamy avocado chunks mingled with the divine pork creating burrito bliss. I am eternally grateful to these young masters. They pack more love into a burrito, than I could even imagine. I took my burrito to go and got out in a quick 5 minutes. As I dipped my fork into the smothered burrito, my fork turned gold, and I heard Beyoncé, saying.....come home. A truly magical experience. Thank you, Bryson and Spencer.

I rarely come to this vida because of the experiences Ive had. Its closest to my house so I usually go to the American fork or lehi one. They are in such a hurry they slop your food together, act bothered if you ask for something on or off of your meal, not friendly at all. Every time i leave here with someone we leave saying how the staff never acts like they want to be there. Never any meat on the meals. I recommend going to American fork. They are amazing there. So incredibly nice.

Everytime I go to this Costa Vida in American Fork, I always have a great experience. The restaurant manager is the most friendly and kind person Ive encountered at any restaurant (Im sure he will be running the company down the road). The food is delicious, the customer service is unbeatable, and the experience is unlike any other. If you want good Mexican food, go to Cafe Rio. But, if you want good Mexican food and an amazing experience, go to Costa Vida.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE LOCATION!!! I ordered a very large order for my staff and they were so rude! I mistaking forgot an employees order and the girl on the phone told me that I could not add a order!! She was so rude I could not believe it! Then I get my order, drive back to my office and they forgot an employees order! we had to drive all the way back to the location and I didnt even get a sorry! $70 wasted! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!!!

Since they remodeled and expanded the place, it has become a much more enjoyable dining experience. Lots of natural light from the windows and tons of seating. Im glad they got rid of that silly drink machine that offered way too many choices with flavor add ins. It made the line to get a drink way too long. Now I feel like I get my food quickly and am sitting down in no time. My go to order is a small pork salad.

We love Costa Vida in general and this particular location always seems to have short wait times and friendly staff. If you order something for pick-up just make sure you check for dressings and such because at least half of the time they forget something or make a mistake on the order. Also, there can be a tad bit of inconsistency on meat portions in house and to-go. This is one of our regular spots.

I dont think Ive ever had a bad experience at Costa Vida. The food there is fresh and tasty. Its definitely not authentic Mexican food, but it does the job. Its also pretty good for vegetarians-most of the dishes are good with just rice and beans and no meat. The portions are fairly large, and the prices are pretty average, around 10 dollars a meal. Its a great place to get a quick bite.

HORRIBLE . Absolutely the WORST costa vida ever . Cant say that ive been to this one because every time i come the doors are LOCKED . I have corporate meetings all the time & i decide to buy them lunch and i always come at 10am. And they do not open the door until 10:45am!!! Might as well change your schedule till 11am! Deceiving and most of us are on a schedule . Ridiculous .

Quality isnt nearly as good as the Northern Utah stores! Smaller tortillas, rubbery chicken, too many teenagers that dont care about quality. They should seriously look into tortilla presses like the restaurants up north have. Second time Ive ate here and wouldnt have if I want stranded due to break down for a couple hours. Costa Vidas are good just not this one.

I have always gone here as a Social event with friends, great for business meetings outdoors. My suggestion is if you are not going to have alot of time to call in your order, and they can have it ready within 10-15 minutes, I usually call on my work break and have it ready by the time lunch time hits. VERY well done.

Really like this costa vida. They are quick to make your food and the environment is great. People are always nice to you. I havent waited in line for long enough to make me regret standing in line. Theres always space to sit, even during busy hours. I have yet to be disappointed by a costa vida anywhere, though.

Great food... However, its the slowest service on the planet - consistently. We go once every couple of months. I havent eaten at any other Costa Vidas so I can only compare it with cafe Rio... I have no complaints about the taste or freshness of the food though.

Service is good at this location. This location is a little popular. The lines tend be a tad long, but they get you through at a reasonable speed. Speed Description: Walked in hungry and didnt get hangry before getting my food after waiting in a fairly long line.

The food is great and they have a good rewards program. This location does a great job, but during peak times its too crowded and there are so many doors that in the winter its hard to find a seat where you dont get blasted by the cold every few minutes.

I love Costa Vida so much! The food was great and I had a good experience here, the only suggestion I have is that the staff interact more with guests while ordering food and at their tables. But I will always love the food and vision of Costa Vida!

WAY BETTER THAN CAFE RIO. I have noticed their prices have gone up a bit in the past year or two, but its still a great place to grab a salad or burrito. I definitely recommend the pork salad and their chips and queso is on point.

Cheap meal for their specials. I had the 2 pork enchiladas. They were moist and sweet. The rice was dry and black beans juicy. I was there during lunch hour and despite the long line they had staff to get me through quick.

Great staff, excellent food, vibrant environment, this Costa Vida is top notch. Great place to bring your family out. They are famous for their burritos and salads but their nachos and tacos are excellent as well.
