Place is dirty. If you see plates and cups sitting outside, or on tables in general, do yourself a favor and look under the tables. See if they have been swept. If not, go somewhere else. After paying $17 for my meal, I looked for a comfortable and clean place to sit. It was near impossible. I thought myself lucky to find a clean place to sit at all. Clean meaning it looked clean. While sitting and waiting for my meal, I saw three tables that had yet to be cleaned off. It took them ~5 minutes to give me my food, and then they came out and removed the plates on the other tables. They did NOT wipe off the table tops, not even a cursory smudge. The third table sat with dirty dishes on it until I left, ~35 minutes later. Under the tables were even worse, one table had napkins, utensils, and food particles under it the whole time I was there. Some poor customers did not notice it and sat at the table. I also could see from my seat in the dining area, a sandwich station, and under it was just piles of trash that looked like it had been there for a while. During all of this I was attempting to eat my food and not think about how dirty the kitchen must be in back. I mean, it is $17 worth of food I ordered... With that level of income, you would think they could afford better management and staffing. Instead, I saw staff joking around, waiting for something to do. There were a few people that gathered dishes, but they went back to work behind the counter. I dont even know if they changed their gloves or not. Basic dining display was horrid, food particles under most of the tables, little sanitation and zero respect for the customers. I asked to see the store manager. When she came out I pointed out the larger atrocities to her and her excuse was "we just went through a lot of customers" I responded by telling her about how I saw her employees standing around. She apologized to me in an uncaring way and I responded that I am not the only customer here. She gave me the thousand yard stare and just said "well Ill get someone to clean this up". I just left telling her I would take it to corporate, which I did. I regret not taking pictures or video of this very gross establishment. If you care for the health and sanitation of your food, overpriced or not, do not venture in here. Corporate: I highly suggest you make unannounced visits and inspections. My guess is their kitchen area could use multiple cleanings. Dont make this store your "gone viral" store.

Awful experience now.. they have nothing we would order from Paradise Bakery. Asked for kids butter noodles, they no longer have it, asked for turkey club on croissant, they no longer have it. Asked for mac and cheese without cheese, its pre made and couldnt do it. Asked for broccoli cheddar with the roll, no more rolls... finally ordered a kids pb&j and asked for chocolate chip cookie, no longer do free cookies but can buy one for 99 cents because I got a drink!! What do you have!! Finally when I got the food, just bad all around.. The quality went way down and got portions got smaller. Worse $20 Ive spent on 1 adult and 1 kids meal.. will never ever go back! Worse thing to happen to Paradise..

This place is a nightmare. They should have said were going to take an amazing restaurant- Paradise Bakery- and completely destroy it. No cookies with kids meals, no cookies to buy, no broccoli and cheddar soup, no, no, no. Used to go several times a month. This will officially be the last visit. Im surprised we actually were able to eat. Worst of all, we ordered everything and paid for everything I just listed they didnt have. Panera bread ruined a good spot - congrats

Came with a friend. He ordered a bowl of French onion soup and I ordered a cup of the same. They came out and appeared to be the same size. His was in a to go "bowl" and mine in a ceramic cup. Worker said out of ceramic bowls and swore to go bowl held same seeing as a ceramic bowl. Not a good idea to serve a to go bowl to the same table a ceramic cup will be served.

This Paradise was NOT paradise at all. I ordered a roast beef sandwhich and let me just say that the bread was stale, they piled on red onions, and they just piled a glob of roast beef in the center. It was incredibly distasteful. Furthermore, the restaurant was rather dirty. There were dirty chairs, tables and utensils. I do NOT suggest eating here

Do not eat here. My husband and 4 year old daughter got food poisoning from their turkey apple sandwich. My daughter ended up in the hospital because she got severely ill. And of course the restaurant didnt care. Scummy dirty Disgrace of a place. They lost a lot of customers because now none of my friends or family will be eating there

This restaurant is amazing! I love their food! I got the Fuji apple chicken salad with the half turkey apple chedder sandwich, and it was amazing!! Great combination! Overall, the store was pretty clean and the staff was VERY friendly! I love their cookies, if its September try the ginger molasses, such a great winter cookie!!

Ordered a steak and cheese bagel at 9:00 a.m. and they were out of bagels. Next the sandwich I did order came out wrong. Had to be remade. $20 for 2 sandwiches and 2 sodas would be fine if they could figure out how to make enough bread at the bakery. Store was clean. Food was ok.

This would have been a 4 before the merger with Panera Bread Co. That seems to have taken the heart out of them. Usually go for breakfast on the weekend and if the weather is very nice there is a small eating area outside. Best part is the free cookie with every meal.

Employees were very friendly sometimes downright funny food was great and it came to me within minutes as I had the option to use the fast lane, or order with a cashier this made que times much faster. Try the bearclaw!

Very different process and feel than Paradise Bakery. Much worse. Very unorganized. I ordered a bowl of soup to go and it took 15 minutes. The restaurant wasnt very busy at the time. Wouldnt recommend.

I work close to here so I eat lunch here probably 3 out of my 5 work days. The staff are always welcoming and time consuming. Theyre amazing! Very clean restaurant and perfect food with every order.

Cold bagel when asked for toasted, frozen drink half melted. Dirty bathroom with piss piss on the floor. Paper towel machine gives 3 inch towels. Sink to close to side of bowl.

This is a great place to eat lunch. Their salads are very good. Sometimes I just get a large salad but put chicken on it and call that a lunch. Great place for a lunch date.

Several tables filthy and trash on the floor, never saw that when it was Paradise bakery. Food came fast. Oh and now there is no free cookie with a meal.
