I am so happy to have found Jabz Glendale Palms. I dont like gyms and Im not comfortable taking classes because of a few physical limitations due to surgery. Jabz Glendale Palms is fantastic and I look forward to going again. Jeremy and Lindsey made me feel very comfortable and showed me modifications so I could still participate and get in a good workout. Using the app and website to schedule is very easy and the atmosphere is welcoming. I recommend this place to any women who want to remain or start being active in a fun environment.
