Saturday April 18 2015, Ive Been Coming To This Gym Since 3 Days Ago or so, and yes this gym is dirty not very clean u can tell by the glass door and windows at the entrance u can see that they were wipe down and u can see it!!! The machines are old and have dirt and trash in some cup holders treadmill and bikes upstairs idk about the weights , theres alot of water spots under the dryer in the bathrooms and the sinks look dirty and alot spit in and the toilets are always spotty with pee and púbic hair everywhere also the bathroom floors look opaque (i would not put my bare feet in those floors). Some of the mirrors have fingerprints everywhere, i had membership at planet fitness for 1 year across the street and the facility there was always clean or way more cleaner, i thought if im paying 30 bucks for 12 months on a contract its because 24 hour fitness is better i guess not as soon as my contract ends Ill cancel it and go back to planet fitness also the guys at the front desk are never doing anything to keep up with the facility clean or at least the front doors and windows they greet u and thats ok but if theres nothing to do they sit there and go tru their phone. I hope they see this post so they can fix up the place maybe then Ill change my review

i was so excited to get and USE my gym membership. BUT i CANNOT. the reason i signed up was because the day care "opened at 5 am" the first time i go.... no the day care opens at 8. my boyfriend and i both work opposite shift and share a car. now i have a gym membership that i cannot use and i am out the money that paid for the unusable membership. when i signed up the lady said the day care opens at 5 am, my boyfriend heard it, his friend heard it and i heard her clear. you guys need to change the hours to 7? that would help a lot of working parents out or you need to refund me the money back or credit my boyfriends account based on false information the lady gave me.

Ive been going to this gym for about 4 years. The staff is always friendly and they all know my name (which always surprises me). There is a good variety of equipment, both free weights and machines, and there are several popular classes. On the down side, there seems to be a big turnover in managers. Every time I turn around, someone different is running the place. Depending on who is in charge, sometimes the equipment is poorly maintained and half the lights are burned out, and sometimes everything is well-lit and in working order. Maintenance has to be handled through corporate. It would be more efficient if they were allowed to hire locally.

I have been a member for 10+ years, but will be cancelling my membership ASAP. Terrible management! Cassidy is by far the WORST manager I have encountered in any establishment. AVOID THIS GYM. Old equipment, terrible management, and a lack of care to any member need. Do yourself a favor and go to any other gym in the valley. You will pay less and receive more that way. 24 claims 24.99 is their "best" rate. Just walk in and ask people what they are paying. Chances are, if you are paying 24.99, you are paying more than most people in there. The only thing management cares about is lying to the customer. AVOID THIS GYM!!!

Love the weights, pool and jacuzzi, but this place is filthy, dirty man. Mens locker horrible. Showers even worse. Urinals are so small nasty stuff all around and on the floor all the freeken time. Floors in weight areas always dirty. It has not been detailed cleaned in a long time. Sauna old and smelly, the glass is always dirty. Lights in the pool area are out for at least three months. On and on and on you get the point! My two year membership expires next month. I am glad!

Change in management, has done wonders for this gym. Cassidy was by far one of the worst managers I had the chance of meeting very condescending and not polite, easy to see why she is no longer there . I have seen then cleanliness really change, bathrooms and equipment. The personal trainers are great here. Ive seen the clients Brenton has worked with increase in the matter of months. Was unsure about staying, but now I am more than happy with the changes.

Equipment is old and alot of it is broken. At one point, 50% of the treadmills were down so you had to wait in line to use one. 2 TVs are currently broken and 30% of the sound boxes dont work. The staff is nice and helpfull and the price is good. Classes are packed so you have to get on a waiting list. My only complaint is the equipment desperatly needs to be updated which in my opinion is A BIG DEAL! :)

Used to be a member here, good facility but the staff makes it a place to avoid. Coming back to town on business wanted to use the facilities for a few days they were going to charge $15.00 per day, no exceptions. Told I could voice my concern with a "fitness counselor" but "they would no doubt say the same thing" the counter staff told me. Will never do business with a 24 hour fitness ever now.

HORRIBLE PLACE TO CALL A GYM!! My membership has been cancelled for over 2 months now and they keep charging me hidden annual fees once a month. There staff is clueless on anything that is going on and they are impossible to get help out of. I would not recommend any services from these people at all. You have been warned...

I went in there to get set up. Bought a pass from Costco. The girls and one guy helped me feel really comfortable. They look like they enjoy working there. They were quick when they helped me. So yes, I would recommend my friends here. I thank the staff at the desk for being so kind and funny.

Clean facilities. Lots of group exercise classes. Love to pool. However, they have upped my rates 3 TIME IN THE LAST 3 YEARS. As well when I have asked a staff member about fitness in general, there response is always about a product they are selling.

I dont know where they got its dirty from, I am a neat freak... The place is clean.. smells like bleach is used regularly.... if the bathrooms are dirty... its because dirty people need to clean up after themselves, instead of being disgusting.

Solid environment with solid staff. Very welcoming and always open to help and greet you on in and bid farewell on the way out. Well kept equipment with clean bathrooms and locker room area. Nice change from PF.

Great for years while i was a member. I tried to cancel and it turns our their manager its a liar and a thief. call the 1800 number to cancel Because their calls are recorded and they arent liars.

Big, open, clean place. Great atmosphere. Many classes and Trainors available. Nice people. Has a basketball court, and swimming pool, and a child care play area.
