Myl name is Lisa Lay and I have been a member of Planet FItness since July 2012. I have followed Claudia from the 2nd street Planet Fitness to this location and I have gone from 365 pounds to 291 and still dropping. The entire atmosphere of the gym is so friendly. I am huge on customer service. You give me great customer service I am loyal for life. The entire staff is amazing and Claudia hires the BEST people. I adore this gym so much and try to go every day. A recent hip injury has side lined me and it stinks not being able to go. The gym is beautiful, clean, a perfect temperature, perfect location, the music is at just the right level it is just so top notch. Highly highly recommend!!!!! It is such an amazing value!!!!!!

Two different occasions I was told that my account was way past due. The first time I just paid them thinking it wasnt a big deal, this time I checked, and what do you know Ive had $20 automatically withdrawn from my bank every month. Even when I showed the employee my bank statements on my phone, they insisted that my account hadnt been paid, and that I needed to call a manager to figure it out. Well I called and talked with a manager who was at least kind and helpful, and figured out that I was in the clear, but it still bugged me that I had to go out of my way to prove to them that Ive been paying. This same thing happened TWICE! Sorry Planet but youve lost my business, as soon as my contract is up Im moving on to a real gym.

Ive been hassled by their payment collectors because in my initial contract the store representative entered my bank account number incorrectly. They never once told me that my bank account was "flagged" as a fraudulent account. I didnt go to the gym for a while and am now charged with several late fees. Because they make you sign the contract on their credit card machine and you unable to verify the bank account number, they are holding ME at fault. I ask that all late fees be removed, since Ive had to pay manually since day one and they never stored my payment information! SUPER PISSED OFF. How about more communication to your customers? Maybe remove the late fees and Ill be glad to continue being a customer.

The staff gives sincere care to its patrons. The weekend hours are not conducive to those who appreciate early morning workouts. And the place was immaculately clean, working in tiptop shape the first six months, but since has slowly deteriorated. Part of the draw for a Black Card membership is the Unlimited Total Body Enhancement. However, the sound system in yours hasnt worked for a long time making relaxation difficult with the television on next door and people talking outside the room.

ENJOYED It!! There are alot of things i loved about this location. I come from Texas and i used to go the one i had over there but it felt downgraded compared to this one! We didnt had a weight scale, the rest rooms/locker room were smaller, we didnt had the 360 area, we didnt had some machines this location has, we didnt had an update water fountain for our water bottles, Its just a huge difference! This will definitely be my gym home!

Planet Fitness in South Ogden is a beautiful new gym with plenty of machines and weights! I just had a "design your own program" with Sue Meyers, she is very knowledgeable and friendly, she showed me how to use the machines that Ive been using for years differently and more effectively and also how to use some of the machines that I have been intimidaded by. Thanks Sue!

Its ok. The price point is right, thats the only reason I go there. My main bummer is there is no place to stretch! Or a place to do some body weight training or yoga in front of a mirror. Stretching is the most important part of exercise! Also, look elsewhere for good bikes. But the atmosphere is good.

Awesome Gym with wide range of equipment but what really sold me on a membership was the amazing customer service I was given by the manger Dominque. She was very helpful in all of our questions and explaining the amenities, because of her I will recommend this gym to all of my family and friends.

The staff is usually insanely friendly and positive with a few exceptions. I would have rated it high but every time I go I get sick. I get a cold that will knock me out of a week and a half. I dont know if its because the equipment is filthy or what but it happens so often I quit going.

Ive gone in a couple times with friends before I got a membership of my own and they know you personally and help you out with what you need when you ask. I love this place. The customer service makes up for them not having a pool. Instead you have wonderful team members working there!

Nice gym, a good variety of equipment, and always a friendly staff. Always greet, and say goodbye. Busy days are the worst as the equipment gets taken up quickly, waits are longer for the Black Card Members area. Everything is well maintained, definitely a judgement-free zone!

Love the staff and variety of equipment. Their "No Critics" mantra is key for me since Im my own biggest critic when it comes to my health. The Black Card membership is totally worth having. I enjoy spending an extra ten minutes with the hydro massage bed after a workout.

I like planet fitness, great enviorment and great staff. The only thing I would want to change is that on the days youre not 24/7 is that you open at 5am instead of 7 am. I would love to come Sat and Sun but 7am is just too late with my work schedule.

Such a friendly staff! Ive been going to this gym for more than a year and I plan on staying as long as I live in Ogden. Nice and clean atmosphere. Plenty of treadmills. If there was anything I could change, I would put more smith machines.

This is an awesome location. The facility is clean, everyone on the staff is friendly and helpful, and there are always open machines. I go around 5PM and never have a problem finding open machines.

Great place to work out at a great price. Staff is always very welcoming. I wish they had a bench press with a bar and weights that werent all connected to a machine. But besides that great.
