Carla Smith is my agent and she could not have been more helpful! I had to obtain a bonded title for an auto purchase made through a private party. I wouldnt have known what that was or how I could legally obtained a title otherwise. She directed me to Wendy a representative through the title/loan department who was also extremely helpful. She informed me of what I needed to do and got me moving in the right direction. When I went to the MVD I also needed a surety bond. Carla had Craig contact me in their commercial department who was also very nice and helpful. He e-mailed me the bond within an hour of me speaking to him. Im happy I made the decision to have AAA insurance cover our vehicles. Ive found them to be more than providers of insurance. The representatives Ive talked with have gone above and beyond. Customer service is 100%! Very appreciative!

I have been working with Nicole Gardea since I moved here in 2010. I have had AAA insurance for over 40 years. I was actually referred to AAA by my Farmers agent when I needed to add my 1st born to my auto policy. He told me then that AAA was not only less expensive than what he could do, they were the best for teen drivers. His own kids were covered by AAA. I have had nothing but excellent service and great advice with every agent I have worked with, in California, Washington and here in Arizona. I have felt the agents were not only agents, they were friends that always looked for the best coverage at the best price for me. Nicole is not only knowledgeable, she is smart, friendly and just yesterday I recommended her to my friend. Barring unforeseen circumstances I will be with AAA forever. After 49 years without any accidents through State Farm, we received a quote from AAA for Auto and Home Insurance. AAA was much lower then State Farm so we switched auto and home insurance to AAA last August 2014. This year we receive a Renewal Offer from AAA for auto insurance, and they increased the coverage by over 10%. We again did not have any accidents or even used the roadside assistance. Seems to me that AAA gave us an "introductory offer quote" so that we would switch, and then jack up the rates the second year. We will be shopping again this year for a new auto insurance provider. Too bad...we enjoyed being a AAA Member.

I took my present auto and homeowners policies in to my local (and convenient) AAA office for comparisons. I walked out of there feeling much richer. I was offered more coverage at a considerably lesser price. My agent was Carla Smith, who has a way of making a customer feel welcome and at home. She was a joy to deal with. The transition from a company I had been dealing with for nineteen years to AAA was made much easier by Carlas offer to notify them of the need for cancellation. I will not hesitate to call upon Carla for any insurance needs.

We switched to AAA insurance in Sept. 2014 and were happy with the reduction in premium for both our homeowners and auto. We just received the renewal premium notices and the homeowners has gone up slightly due to inflationary increase in coverage. Im okay with that. The auto went up 15+%. No accidents or claims on either policy...not too happy with that! Have already spoken with a rep and she said there was an across the board increase in premiums.

I wanted to renew my car registration and left feeling disgusted. As a member for over 25 years I thought this would be a simple transaction. First, I couldnt pay with a check, then was told I would be charged more for their "service" or lack thereof. I am seriously considering canceling my membership. What am I paying for if not for "service. Your policies make no sense. If you want my business you have to earn it, not treat me with such distain.

After discussion and computer inputting we were able to save $147 off of our renewal rate for auto insurance without any reductions in coverage. Our homeowners renewal rate was higher due to increased value of our home (expected annually due to inflation). Carla was wonderful! Her experience, expertise and general professionalism was noteworthy.
