I wonder where the secret entrance to the office is that most of the reviewers have mentioned .I have visited this office twice in the past four months, and both times I have been unimpressed. The first time I was the only customer in the office, first thing in the morning, but was asked to sit in the waiting area for several minutes until I could see an insurance agent. While waiting, I listened to several employees discussing their vacations, family life, etc, while helping no one, as I waited. My most recent visit was to pick up maps and seek guidance from a travel expert on travel times, camping areas, etc. The woman at the front counter, while happy to give me maps, tried to sell me books that I did not want, handed me maps for states I had not mentioned, and, when I asked to see a travel consultant, suggested that I use google for my questions! I left with maps and tour books, but was not invited to see a consultant! This is not the assistance that AAA used to be known for! This office is quite close to my home, but I doubt that I would consider using them again.

Overall very good. When I came in the lady at the desk was friendly, and when I told her I wanted a Trip Tix let me know that AAA was online and I could do everything there. However, I wanted to know driving conditions in terms of construction, etc. And maybe its online, but I would rather deal with people who do this for a living rather than take a chance on Google Maps or whatever that can be wrong. When I talked with a representative, she was excellent. (Carolyn) Got exactly what I needed and gave me details. She printed out a booklet with exact driving instructions and mileage etc. (like Google) but broken down into specifics. We also discussed the Rose Parade pkg which they offer and although its pricey there are a lot of things to do/see included. Seems like a pretty good deal.

Perla was a big help to me yesterday we were making a trip to Northern California with a bunch of different reservations she save me so much time hotels I had already booked she went in and looked at the price and was able to save me surmountable amount of money through Triple A also after the reservations were made she email me all the documents exactly what each Hotel was price per night and furthermore she followed up with me personally to be sure that I had received the information anything more she could do it for me I give her five stars shes also helped me last year on a major trip cross-country she is the best just great to do business with her shes the only person I reached out to Jack Morgan

My husband just passed away and I wanted to sell our Smart car without the hassle of putting ads out and strangers coming to my house. The last newsletter I received from AAA talked about car buying. I contacted "Soup" Campbell at this office and he came to my house to drive, take pictures and information about the car. He posted it to the buyers online and that afternoon came back with an offer. It was a good offer. I drove the car to his office and the receptionist was very friendly and greeted me immediately. It was the first time I visited this office although have been a member for a number of years. I was definitely impressed by the atmosphere and will return again for their other services.

I typically do my own bookings since I am a former Travel Agent - But we are taking the ENTIRE family to Disneyland for Spring Break and have staggering arrival and departure times - I contacted AAA Travel Chandler office and was put in contact with Carolyn Bostwick - THANK GOODNESS!!! She was knowledgeable and able to meet our unique needs - AND she provided us with some fun gifts for my grand-daughters once we arrive in the park. I also used this office to obtain an International Drivers License for my son while he is in Rome If you have travel needs this is your best destination starting point.

Trying to understand certain criteria for renting a vehicle from Hertz, was difficult for me. So, I went to my AAA office to get assistance with this tasking problem. There is supposed to be a AAA standard discount, plus one coupon code available when renting from Hertz. There was however, no way to implement both of these functions on the internet or at Hertz by telephone. It was also not possible to resolve at AAA, but I was assisted in getting a reasonable reservation at a reasonable cost. Two heads are better than one.

We went to the Chandler office on Ray Road to plan a trip back to Maryland, Washington, D.C., Tennessee and Kansas. The AAA representative who helped us was THE BEST!!!!!! What more can I say. She was EXTREMELY helpful, EXTREMELY professional, EXTREMELY PLEASANT, and EXTREMELY EFFICIENT!!!! I feel much more comfortable heading out with all the information she provided. Both my husband and I were amazed at the amount of information we walked away with for our trip. Thank you so much for your help!!!!

I went to the office in response to a flyer I received in the mail. I had no specific needs prior to the visit. However, while I was there the staff was very friendly and helpful. They offered assistance and wanted to give me an auto ins. quote. When I told them I had been with State Farm since 1958 and accident free they understood why I refused the quote. Before I left they did let me select a nice AAA gift bag which my wife liked very much. Good job by all. I would not be without AAA.

We needed help for a trip we wanted to take, but we didnt know where we wanted to go. Two of AAAs wonderful agents gave us many ideas on both foreign and domestic travel. We went home with books of information. We reviewed the information, made a decision and returned to book a 9 day tour. Both ladies were very friendly and helpful and gave great insight to help us make a decision. We had a really wonderful vacation. Thanks for your help AAA!

I went into the Chandler office to get an insurance quote and was assisted by Foster. He ran my quote and even ran other insurance company affiliates to see if the quote could be improved. He followed up with getting me quotes on home and rental insurance. He again followed up with an email saying he was sorry he could not best the coverage I already have. I feel Foster went above and beyond good customer service. Thank you. David... Tempe.

Called the Chandler office and the young lady who took my call was very friendly and knew how handle my inquiry and pleasantly reinstated my membership and added my son as an additional driver and made me aware of the opportunity to add him to the basic plan free of charge for the first year. My only additional cost was to add him the premier portion of my membership. She performed the tasks efficiently and with a wonderful attitude.

AAA has a great discount program for Home Warranty insurance that is not widely publicized. It is with Old Republic, a company widely used by the realtors when buying a new home etc. and which has provided great service in case of any breakdown/repair needs in your home. The AAA agent was very helpful in finding this insurance policy and I could sign up at the web site for it at a great discount price.
