they booked a cruise for us as a large group which went well but on an individual basis they did nothing we asked. we were traveling with family and asked to be in cabins near each other and we were 3 floors apart. we were given an excuse why we couldnt be near each other and that turned out to be a lie. We also asked to have dinner at the same table and twice I was told that was arranged and when we got on the boat we were seated 6 tables apart for dinner and had to fix it ourselves. Great cruise but horrible customer service by the travel agent

Las guias locales fueron excelentes, y muy profesionales. La unica inconveniencia fue la guia que tuve en Roma llamada Sabina y Belen esas dos personas fueron my groseras. Muy bien el servicio del Hotel y los traslados fueron muy convenientes.

Laura took very good care of us. We had a large group traveling and everything from the airport tours to the resort went off without a hitch. Not only do I recommend Laura, but this experience reminded me of why we use travel agents, no surprises on the trip!
