I have been taking my Honda here for about a year and every time something comes up with my car, they get me in and out so fast. I am sitting here with my sisters truck now and they are almost done with it and went above and beyind like always. I couldnt have better things to say about everyone in this location. Mike at the front desk is always friendly and willing to work with my schedule, even when I get off work late... (sorry Mike...) :/ They are accommodating with rides and taking me to get rental cars... thank you Kitten...and Nathan, the auto technician, is SUPER FAST and knowledgeable and the nicest guy on the planet. EVEYRONE HERE IS GREAT. If you arent sure where to take your car/truck... please take it here and dont worry about the honesty of the company or the reliability of the technicians. This is the only place I trust to take my vehicles now.

Our first visit with Shivani (March 2015) went alright, we were booking a trip to Yellowstone, Glacier, Banff , Jasper, Whistler and Vancouver coming back to Phoenix. Shivani made the hotel reservations but she did not inform us that the reservations with AAA Exclusive Getaways are prepaid. To our surprise when we looked at our credit card statement the total cost was already charged. (we do not like prepaid) We had to return to your office and start all over again. We are very surprised that you do not know about the safari offered by some companies in Yellowstone and the Grand Tetons. We found out about it in the Conde Nast Traveler magazine ( June 2015) We understand that your office is busy, but there is no excuse to answer e-mails and phone calls.. When we had questions we had to make a trip to your office.

Thats right no stars.....AAA what a wonderful way to spend a birthday stuck along I 17 and the AAA people and their tow services could not find me.... 2008 Mustang is very hard to miss... So to re cap my birthday, 9:50am I call for help, 10:30 I call for help, now mind you this is when I could get signal and I told AAA I had no signal, ah called again at noon, again at 1:30 and finally the WONDERFUL driver from TnT towing found me at 2:30 pm.... way to drop the ball AAA and I am a GOLD member. Oh by the way they called to tell me they are not charging me for the call.... wow really whatever, I should charge you for leaving a WOMAN along side the I 17.... I am putting towing on my American Family insurance today and sooooo DROPPING AAA...guess what I have been with you for 13 years.

Re-newd two vehicles in a quick and enjoyable time. A very few minutes all done for the two year period. No service fee with the Premium membership. Clancy Jayne Sound service solved all questions happy with finished result. Walked out with new a corrected insurance card for purchased vehicle last October. Judge Clancy Jayne New service needed purchased a New Trailer and received new plates and title in a very few minutes fees waived because of our Premium membership sure a smart investment when such fees are waived. Well, timing is everything. When I walked in to get my new disability placard, there was no one ahead of me. I was asked politely to take a seat and then was taken care of so well. I got a new license plate and a placard, and a placard holder/protector as well. It was truly and enjoyable experience. If you offered me five more stars to select, I would have. I this rate experience as a ten out of ten! This was one of many moments I was happy to be a member of AAA. I cold have waited a long time at some other ADOT facility. But not at AAA! Just joined via the telephone. Because I have another states exchange I was routed to that states AAA office not here in AZ. The person in the other state could not transfer me nor did they know the phone number of the AZ office. Not good. I had to do some digging but I finally did find it and spoke to a very nice woman who signed me up. AAA needs to get into the 21st century where people move but keep their phone number. I asked her to pass along the feedback to the main office but who knows if this will ever change. We will see.

I have been a AAA member for over 20 years. Although Ive only had to utilize the towing option a few times, I can say without question, the peace of mind that comes from having the card is priceless. I was just in the Greenway Road location to purchase AMC Gold Theater tickets. I didnt get the name of the receptionist that helped me, but she was remarkably efficient, professional and friendly! Were on our way to San Francisco and Napa next week and the added benefit of getting free maps of the city and wineries was an added bonus!

MOVED TO AZ FROM CALIFORNIA.. HAD TO HAVE TITLE, REGISTRATION AND PLATES AS NEW AZ RESIDENT. THE AAA STAFF LED ME THROUGH ACQUISITION OF ALL DOCUMENTS, INCLUDING AZ EMISSION TESTING. NO WAITING AT AAA, STAFF WAS CORDIAL, EFFICIENT, AND MADE IT POSSIBLE FOR AZ REGISTRATION IN A FRACTION OF THE TIME I SPENT GETTING SET IN CALIFORNIA. I KNOW AAA OFFERS MANY SERVICES AND I WILL CONTINUE MY MEMBERSHIP FOR AS LONG AS I AM DRIVING.

Ive been a AAA member for years. The roadside service comes in handy and the discounts around town are ok, they could be better. The lines here are not bad, better than standing in line at the dmv. Id give this office a better review but Sally who answers the phone should be better trained in phone etiquette. She answers the call like its a bother of her time. Maybe she should work in a different industry, just saying.

Yesterday my wife Kathie and I scheduled an appointment Annette Prewitt to discuss travel plans to Europe. As usual she dug right in spending a considerable amount of time answering our questions, searching for detailed information and finding the best arrangements and deals. We have used Annettes services many times, she is our travel agent.

The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of five was the fact that they were scheduling over 2 weeks out. I guess their popularity speaks for itself. We went in to change the title on a car. Everyone was very friendly and we didnt have to wait at all. The person in title was exceptionally friendly and helpful. She also answered questions unrelated to the title change. She made the process easy and fast. We have not had a bad experience with AAA in the 30+ years we have been members.

I dropped into the Paradise Valley Office and spoke to Kathy Schebor who was very helpful. She gave me information of trips in the making with Todays Traveling Women. I was disappointed to hear that no trip to Italy was planned. I hope in the future Italy will be on the list of destinations. Kathy was very helpful. Sandra Sears
