Ive used Velocity Travel for three international trips and I have been disappointed each and every time. In India, a friend of mine wanted to add himself to our tour. Mauricio added him to the tour but didnt confirm for over a week so my friend was left guessing and missed half the tour. In Peru, I was overcharged for flights and ended up with all middle seats though I had specifically requested aisle seats. And, on my most recent trip to Thailand, I twisted my ankle and asked Maria four days in advance of my flight to request a wheelchair and to look to see if there were any seats closer to the front of the plane. She didnt respond until I had already boarded the plane. Each time I have emailed my circumstances to the owner who seems a little non nonchalant about my complaints. I think this agency tries to give low prices, but usually you can match the prices online if you look yourself. I dont feel their customer service is timely enough, especially when Im in a foreign country and need help.

My experience with Velocity Tours was one of the best. Dave was friendly and was very helpful in booking our family vacation to Hawaii. He address all my concerns and even suggested that we stay in condo instead of hotel because we were traveling with kids and that the kitchen might be handy. The condo was absolutely beautiful and there was so much space, a lot more than we wouldve gotten from hotel room. We were able to save money on our vacation by preparing our own meals in the condo verses having to eat out all the time. Dave even called to make sure that everything was okay with flight to checking in with Condo since we arrived on holiday (memorial day). We really had great time, enjoyed our vacation and i know Dave @ Velocity played a big roll in planning our trip. Thank you very much! We look forward to more vacation with Velocity Tours. I definitely recommend their services.

We have relied on Velocity Tours and Travel to help with our travel arrangements for our mission work since 2007. In 2013, we formed our own mission team, and we contacted Trent and Dave for their help in coordinating our flights. They are amazing to work with. They were able to arrange flights for our 40+ team members, from all over the US, all within a window of about 2 hours time. They have gone above and beyond to meet our every need, even going so far to be on the phone in the "eleventh hour" with us to secure the best rates possible for our team. We plan to continue to coordinate our travels with them, and we highly recommend their services. We worked with Velocity Travel for our recent HEFY trip to Peru. We had the most horrible experience happen. My daughter lost her passport on the trip going to Peru. The entire team at Velocity travel was intently involved as quickly as possible to try to assist. After many phone calls and details being coordinated we were deported back to LAX. Trent from Velocity Travel contacted us ASAP and was able to find a way for my daughter and I to return to Peru to do our Humanitarian trip with HEFY. We are so grateful for the many hours and generosity of all involved to financially support our return to Peru. Thank you! We will use them again very soon.

I wanted to take a minute to let everybody in the US looking for a travel agency to look no further. Velocity Tours & Travel is your connection to the world. They did an outstanding job of creating value with the budget I gave them. The accommodations were 5 star from start to finish. How they were able to get international first class airline tickets with in my budget was amazing. They were able to beat every price I could find online. I eventually just gave up trying to find better deals. Dave my travel agent helped me all along the way. Giving me options that I did not even think of. Thanks Velocity!

Wow! I was referred to Velocity Tours & Travel by a friend and had the privilege to work with Maria. She was reliable, fast, competitive in her pricing and truly just a joy to work with. Her positive can do attitude made the process SO simple. I had also priced my travel out with a friend who is a travel agent. His process was complicated, stressful, and frankly painful. When I talked with Maria that all went away and seemed easy again. Maria out shinned the competition in every way and I ended up booking with her. Beware of bait and switch tactics..... My family found their website when searching for Universal Studios tickets. We felt confident after calling in and talking to them and confirming price on website. Several purchased tickets on the site soon after, only to have them cancelled and told the price was suddenly different (and even more expensive than buying direct from Universal!) Caveat emptor - even if you call in and they tell you the prices are correct and your order goes through. Good customer service goes a long way....as does word of mouth....positive OR negative :/

I have been using Velocity Tours since 2006 for trips to Guatemala and Peru among other places. My family and I just spent 3 1/2 weeks in France, England, Scotland and Italy. Dave did a wonderful job planning an AMAZING trip for us. His attention to detail is impeccable. Im already planning a trip to Australia for next year with him. I highly recommend them! Just an update, instead of Australia we went back to Europe over the summer to Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Estonia and Germany. Again Dave was top notch in planning this trip.

We purchased our Disneyland 3 Day Park Hopper tickets from Velocity Tours & Travel. Their price was the cheapest we found and the process was seamless. After purchasing the tickets online I received an email with temporary tickets I could print. I was able to go straight to the gate with those tickets and didnt have to wait in the long ticket booth line. We had a wonderful vacation and purchasing the tickets was made simple and saved us money by using Velocity Tours & Travel. I will definitely be using them again for my travel needs!

Trent and Will at Velocity Tours orchestrated an amazing humanitarian trip for our students at Karl G. Maeser Preparatory Academy. Two wonderful weeks working in the orphanages in Cuenca, Ecuador and they took care of the travel, hotel stays on the way there and back, and even helped us get home safely with a student who had lost her passport (which took a lot of after hours texting and assistance). We are so grateful for all their hard work on our behalf! We will definitely be working with them for our next humanitarian trip.
