HORRIBLE! Went in at 445 PM and told them I had a check tire light on. The guy asked if they could put air in my tires since they were closing. I said I was concerned about driving on them if there was a nail and since it was still 45 minutes to closing could they please check. He told me it would be a wait, they had a guy in front of me, and that now they would all have to stay after 530 because of me. I left my keys. The guy still told me I could put air in it tonight and if that didnt fix it I could come back. I asked if they would please check it. I went outside and watched. There were 2 guys working and more outback not doing much. after about 15 minutes the guy at the counter called over the intercom and said there was a flat repair up front. (me) the guys in the bay started cussing. (Maybe if they would have called that back 15 minutes earlier....) The guy comes and gets my car about 10 minutes after that call. Stolls by looking at me like I was Satan. Drives my car into the bay and fills up the tires. He then has some guy come over and say there was nothing wrong, the tires were low. I asked if they could please check the tires for a nail. He looks at me like Im asking way too much and then tells the kid who puts my car up on a lift, takes a flash light and looks at them and spins my tires. puts it down and then tells me that there isnt a problem. With that he takes it on about a 5 minute test drive. While waiting. another worker takes a double cab deisel pickup for a test drive. He flies around the parking lot and around the corner to come back in. Back end slides around. He didnt care. If anyone had been coming the other way, he would have hit them. My guy comes back and pulls straight across a blind drive with my car. There is usually traffic; so my car could have been hit. 2 other people came up and he refused to even help them. Told them the same story that it was too late in the day to do anything and that they could put air in the tires. WHAT JERKS. When The guy got out of the car and said nothing was wrong I said, I really hope not. He asked why I said that and I told him. I asked who the guy was at the counter and he said, "you know, I dont know at all." then walked away. Thank goodness for sites like this, BBB, and word of mouth. Where is DISCOUNT tire when you need them??????

I just had the worst customer experience ever today. I had scheduled an appointment in Maricopa for today knowing my brakes were going bad. The Ahwatukee store had told me that on my last service with them. When I scheduled my appt., they pulled my info and saw that I visit the Ahwatukee store. I stayed in Maricopa for the convenience that I live there. They quoted me $139.95 for my brakes (parts and labor) so I made the appt to bring in at 8am. They told me it would take 2 hours and they could get me out by 10:30 as I had an appt I needed to go to. I brought my truck in at 8 and said to Stephen I needed to pick it up by 10:30am. He said "Shouldnt be a problem." I come back to the store at 9:45am, see that my truck is in the bin. The manager Ken saw me in the wait room and asked which vehicle was mine. I answer. He says and does nothing...so I figured it was being worked on. At 10:30 I see Ken again at front desk and ask if my vehicle is ready because I needed it done by 10:30am. He takes a look and calls to ask for rotors to be ordered. He then gives me a quote for $390 and tells me its going to be another hour or so. I (wrongly) assumed my vehicle notes had been looked at and that is why they gave me that price after they saw me in the system. I ask "so what was done?" And he said nothing, we just did an inspection to get you a quote. So now the amount has almost tripled, nothing was done to my car, and Ive wasted 2.5 hours waiting for my vehicle, missing out on some events I was supposed to do in the morning. Im LIVID at this point. Ken, the manager, says "all I can say is sorry." Not only was my time wasted, my car in no better condition and poses a liability, but the bin was not being used for other vehicles in need of service as well. I will NEVER go to this store again. The only reason I would ever even think about using Firestone again is because the Ahwatukee store on Chandler Blvd has been nothing but extremely professional and great service every time. The manager over there is the best you will find. This was completely unacceptable. I wouldnt wish this on the next consumer at all. Please do not use the Maricopa Firestone fka Fletchers.

Made two appointments for Friday Aug 5th for an oil change on one vehicle and replacing 4 tires on another car. The appointments were made for the morning. To replace the four tires it took this shop over 6 hours, and they broke a TPS in the process. They did replace it but were unable to reset the system to remove the TPS light on the dashboard and said there was nothing they can do, to take it to the dealership. The other vehicle I took in I was told I had to replace one of the tires due to damage from nails and get a call later saying the tires were on back order for 6 months. I was recommended to replace both rear tires with another model so that they can have the same wear and tear on the same axle which made sense. Drove that vehicle this Monday to go to work and the rear end began to shake over the speed of 45 mph, this wasnt happening before I took it to this shop. Took the vehicle this morning and they tell me the tires might need to be balanced. This should have been taken care of prior to returning the vehicle back to owner. The front desk clerk tells me they wont be able to attend to the vehicle today and was recommended to take it to the Fletchers in Chandler. This is a huge inconvenience, this is the vehicle I need to work, meaning I have to take time off to get this fixed. I will never return to this shop, they dont have the capabilities to deal with the demand of Maricopa. You try to save a buck to take it to a shop like Fletchers and end up paying with your time. Beware future customers.

Ive been to many many "garages" - all over. They are all about the same. Why is one better than another? Why go here? Why not go elsewhere? I read the reviews for this place and laugh. A couple make no sense. Another complains about oil spilling out. I believe that person...it could happen. Places do make mistakes. Their human. However based upon my experience with this establishment over three / four years, the staff here has always treated me with respect, honesty, and professionalism. The current staff today (12/9/2013) is one of the best. One day I found out that my car had near zero coolant. I went there to check and the manager was walking out. I was going to go to AutoZone to buy some, but just asked him if he could take a quick look. I only hoped he would take a look and let me know what to buy and what to do. To my amazement he not only looked for me, he confirmed for me and then proceeded to go back to the garage to get some coolant for me. He said he knew I was in for an oil change about three weeks earlier and took the time to help me out. All this at the END of the day. If that is not service, I dont know what is. Nobody likes car repairs. We all think prices are too expensive. We all want discounts or to find something cheaper. But they have to make a living too. And at least in my experience, they have helped me out and been nothing short of awesome. Please feel confident that this establishment is good and reputable.
