They are a busy shop, part of that is due to great word-of-mouth business and part of that is due to them wanting to do the job right. They replaced my transmission. It took them about 3 weeks, but I believe that they did good & honest work and thats what was most important to me. Each time the estimated completion date was pushed back, I actually felt more confident that I was dealing with an honest shop and that they wanted to do the job right instead of just making money or having good numbers to show a corporate office. Because it took longer than expected, they offered me a loaner car and other things to make it right.

CBS Auto Repair was recommended by a friend when I needed my check engine light turned off because Toyota had it set to automatically come on every 5000 miles. Jim turned it off for FREE. He was very friendly and helpful and did not charge me anything: great customer service. This same friend does minor car work for me (oil change, brake work, etc.) but does not have the lift/tools to do more complex stuff. I will definitely go back when the scope is beyond what my friend can do.

Went in for "break light staying on after car is turned off". They spent 15-30 minutes trying to attach a clip then tried to dump an $85 charge on me for no parts & 15 minutes of them trying to attach the clip. They ended up saying $40 for labor plus $15 for figuring out the problem. A few months later the problem still exists and when I went in to follow up on it they want to charge me again. No way can I trust these guys. Avoid this place, theyll just try to rip you off.

I have been using them for the past 10 years and I wouldnt go anywhere else! They have ALWAYS called me back when they told they would and always gave me a good deal on repairs. As for getting my car back looking like s***, I have NEVER seen or had that happen. Jim is great and personable and always willing to work with me and my situation! Thanks guys, youre GREAT!

I am a single woman so I hate taking my car to the mechanic on my own, for fear of being taken advantage of. But they are ver honesty and friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone. Very reasonably priced and Great Customer service. Been going to them for about 4 years now.

Ive been going to this shop since 1995, two cars and three owners. Theyve always been honest with me, have always been satisfied with their work and charged fair prices. I am confident when I drive my car that it has been very well maintained. I wouldnt take my car anywhere else.

Jim is a great guy. Trustworthy and very knowledgeable. If he doesnt know the answer to your automotive problem, he knows where to send you. Or if he isnt an expert in what you want done, he knows who is and can refer you. He is priced right and always does quality work.

Nothing but a bunch of scammers, I took my car here and they managed to mess up my cars engine sensor from doing an oil change!? Like wtf. Than they wanted more money to fix it. All these reviewers seem paid off and fake. Worst customer service for a con artist shop.

Excellent service. My check engine light was on I brought it in and Jim replaced my cat for significantly less than other places charge. I highly recommend this business, Jim does honest work and doesnt overcharge.

Had these guys do the timing belt replacement on our 05 Toyota Sienna. They did excellent work at a reasonable price. I would refer this shop to any of my friends and family.
