I have been going to Millennium Tire and Auto Service for several years now and I can honestly say that there is no other auto shop in the Phoenix metro area that I trust more then this one! The owners are incredibly generous people who are very knowledgeable about their services and only want to help their customers! This is now my second vehicle that I have let Ryan and his team work on and I am ALWAYS more then satisfied with their services. Ryan and Bethany genuinely care about their customers and strive to provide only the best in customer service, quality of repairs, and safety of vehicle maintenance! You can trust this shop to take good care of you and your vehicle. Having a trustworthy and knowledgeable mechanic is vital and you will find that with this shop and its owners!

First off to be greeted with a handshake and explanation in an era of automated and disconnected customer service is a breath of fresh air !! I went in for tires and ended up asking them to take a look at AC (which I ended up getting fixed) they pointed out a couple of (safety) issues that had been missed by other shops. There was no hard sell and actually ended up saving me money on the tires and I was able to get the other repairs fixed as well!! I could go on for days but the short version of this is Ryan and the crew at MIllennium are truly top notch and remember what customer service means!! I will be taking all my vehicles here ! Ive never left a repair shop with a better feeling, you feel like youve made a friend ! Thank you so much!

Ive needed tires for a while but its such an ordeal if you dont know someone in the business. I cold called Millenium Tire as they were closing and the owner Ryan answered. He was helpful and didnt rush me off the phone because they were closing in 2 minutes. I went in the next day without an appointment. Ryan greeted me and we talked tires. Because I didnt have an appointment Ryan had to go get tires for me. He did happily and shortly after he returned, my new tires were on my car. Ryans staff did an inspection of my vehicle while my tires were being mounted. I highly recommend Millennium Tire and Auto Service. Fair and Honest!!

I found this place based on the reviews, and Im so glad I did. I called to ask about a tire repair, as I had gotten an untimely nail in one of mine (arent they always untimely??). I spoke to Ryan who assured me it could be repaired based on the nail location. I did ask about a replacement tire cost, just in case. I found his pricing to be way better than that of a Discount Tire. Long story short, Millennium fixed my tire, and I had such a great experience that Ill honestly never go anywhere else for my tires. Ive already referred my mother in law, and my fiance is on her way there today. Thanks again!

You normally hear about small private owned shops like this trying to rip off people, this shop is far from that! By far the best service Ive ever gotten from a private owned Tire/auto shop! Ryan was extremely helpful, friendly and professional, all of the techs and workers were friendly, approachable, and professional as well. I use to go to Discount Tire and Pep Boys for tire replacements, but I will be going to Millennium Tire from now on! So happy that I gave them a shot, they have definitely earned repeat business from me.

I have purchased 2 sets of tires and had both mine and my wifes vehicles aligned with Millennium recently. Ryan has always taken care of me, he is very personable and has a very "customer first" kind of attitude towards anyone who walks in his shop. The prices on the services and tires they offer are fantastic. I live in San Tan Valley and the service I receive from Millennium makes the distance I drive well worth it. I recommend them to anyone I know who is looking for tires or general repair.

I called in with an A/C issue and had an appointment the next morning. I had tried to diagnosis my vehicle via Google, so I was not sure what to expect when I walked in. They were amazing! They were friendly and courteous. Everyone kept me in the loop as to what was being worked on. I left there feeling very confident with their work. Ive been here 3 times and every time I go is a great experience. This guy is not your typical car repair guy, he actually cares about his customers and works hard to keep them. He will go out of his way to make sure customers are taken care of. His customer service isnt the only thing thats good so is his work. Got new tires, new parts, repairs done and every time I have been satisfied. I give this place 5 stars without a doubt I will be returning here.

Really recommend! Being a girl its hard to find an honest and reliable auto shop that wont try to take advantage and try to sell me things I dont need. I have been here a couple of times and havent written a review til now. They have always resolved all my car issues at reasonable prices compared to places charging me more for the same services. I really feel safe driving after having them take care of my car definitely recommend!

My car was telling my tires were low so i went to circle k and i knew nothing about cars so i asked for help at circle k. One of the employees from this auto shop happened to be there and over heard me and told me that he can help me right across the street and so i went. He went the extra mile and even checked if my tire had a nail in it and it did. He showed great customer service i highly recommended this auto shop !

This place has the best deals in town, plus I feel confident that the work that has been done to my vehicle has been done right. Ryan always takes the time to explain what he is putting on your car. I dont get that feeling that you get at some garages like your being taken for a ride and getting parts replaced that dont need to be. Bottom line is that I trust these people.

Awesome service. I randomly sighted this place as I pumped my gas across the street. I went in looking to only get a quote on new tires. To put the long story short, I had new tires on my car (at almost half the price I was getting anywhere else) in less than 2 hours, and there were 2 other people ahead of me. This is now my new spot for any auto servicing. Great guys!!
