I would give this place no stars if I could. My wife went in to get a 19.99 oil change but someone who does the oil changes was so incompetent that they broke the dip stick and then tried to make it sound like it was her fault. Also they didnt tell my wife that they would charge more for certain oils and just put it in. They then made my wife pay for a new dipstick and went in through the wrong way and couldnt get the one they broke out! So they then were trying to make her have to buy a new hose as well and almost 100 dollars in labor. So 19.99 turned out to be over 200 dollars. To add insult the owner was an extremely rude woman to me on the phone and to my wife when I told her we werent paying for something they broke. The woman just laughed it off. By far the worst services by a shop. Do Not Go To This Rip Off artist! I tell every person I know to stay away. Customer services isnt at this place at all! In my line of work if you broke something in a customers vehicle you pay to fix it not send a woman home crying!! Wouldnt have this place wash my windows.

Just prior to a long trip, I had an extended mileage oil change performed on my Chrysler Pacifica. The car was driven very little and no other maintenance was performed before we departed four days later. Soon after we hit the highway the engine began missing and I received a warning light. We decided to turnaround and return home, but before we could make it back to Helena the engine was blown. The towing company checked the oil and said that it was overfilled. The overfill was confirmed by a second party. I have brought this to Meinekes attention but received no reply from their inquiry. Meanwhile, we have lost a vehicle. I will never allow this company to touch another car of mine.

Went for an oil change yesterday, the line was over an hour long. The tech suggested being there by 3:15, that is when they take the last customer. The next day I skipped my lunch and breaks to make sure I would be on time. I pulled up at 3:08 and was informed the carnival the bay was the last one. I told him what the tech said the day before. He said sorry, it is 3:15. I told him no, it was 3:08. He ignored that and said sorry, then walked away. But after reading some other problem reviews, I will go somewhere that backs up their service. Tire Rama is more expensive, but in the past when I did have a problem they rectified completely.

I want to say that I am a vendor and not a customer for this shop. I have supplied Chuck and his team of automotive experts many different parts for his clients. He takes to the time to make sure his clients get the very best product. I deal with automotive professionals all day long. I want to say that Chuck and his staff seem to be up front and honest when they purchase parts from me.I would defiantly use this shop if I was local. I want to commend them for being such a professional company and putting their customers first. Keep up the great work!

Meineke in Helena Montana sells services like the transmission flush, power steering flush, brake fluid change,and rear differential fluid change without ever performing the service. They get away with this because the type of customer who would pay to have that done at Meineke is not willing to check and see if the service was performed. I would not recommend doing business with Meineke. In addition, from the sentence structure of the positive reviews for this company, it would appear that they bribe people to post them.

My car wouldnt start last winter and John from Meineke came to my home in a snow storm to bring a new battery. Since then, it is the only place I have taken my car. They fixed my power steering, and put a new water pump in for me. The young men working there have always been kind and courteous, even when I do stupid things like overfilling my antifreeze and not putting my gas cap on tight enough. Their work is great, prices fair, and they always go the extra mile. I tell everyone I know to take their vehicles to Meineke.

Wow! Kim and her team are a well oiled machine (no pun intended). These guys knocked out a full service oil change in about 20 minutes and took care of everything wonderfully. They are all very friendly as well. The cool thing about this shop is that for one of the car bays, there is no glass meaning you can hear everything said as the team works. For anyone who has concerns about auto shops screwing you, these guys hold each other accountable and arent worried about the customer hearing the work they do. Thanks Kim!

They did an awesome Job and I really appreciated the checklist they gave me. Just bought a new truck and I brought it to them to check and they were very thorough. I recommended them to my work and gave my employer the checklist they gave me and he was very impressed and said that we may start taking our company vehicles there. The only problem I had was some prices were a bit high for services but an oil change and checklist was set at a fair price.

Been going to these guys, (and gal) for years now and not once have I left feeling unsatisfied. Their staff are wonderful, their prices very fair but what keeps bringing me back is how they will always go the extra mile. Without incentive they will charge ahead to bring their customers the best possible service. If by some chance your reading this trying to decide where to take your vehicle GO HERE! these guys will take good care of you I swear it!

I thought I needed brake pads. Staff ordered them. Once they pulled the wheels off it was realized that no pads were needed. The quality staff at Meineke informed me that no pads were needed. Rather than complete the job and make a few extra dollars the staff was incredibly honest and would not complete the work saving me a few dollars. I highly recommend Meineke to anyone who seeks honest mechanics who will only complete work that is necessary.

Kim and Chuck and their crew are truly wonderful. They are very honest and fair and provide fantastic customer service. After moving, I was selling my vehicle but couldnt find the maintenance records of the services my jeep has received at their shop. I requested them and the records were very promptly sent with a follow up call ensuring I received them. Thank you for all that youve done, you were my go-to when I lived in Helena

Awesome service! Have had a few oil changes and a battery replaced. You can really tell that the owners care about every customer and they go the distance to make sure you get honest work. Low prices and quality service. Meineke seems to be very involved in the community. It is always nice knowing that when I spend money, a portion of it will be used for philanthropy.

Meineke is the place to go for all your vehicle needs. My husband and I have been going there since October 2015 and will not go anywhere else!!! The Customer service we receive from Kim, Chuck, Chase, Shani and the rest of there staff is top notch! They are honest, reliable and work hard to satisfy all of our vehicle needs in every emergency we have ran into.
