I have kids in high school and college who drive used cars. Ralph has been a great resource. He gives the options with the advantages and drawbacks, and I have a good estimate of cost before he starts the work. He follows up to make sure the problem has been taken care of. Ralph has done my repairs for many years, and I am a very satisfied customer.

Ralph knows his cars. He is very honest and wont sell you something you dont need. He will tell you what you need and how soon you will need it. I dont trust many with my cars. He is the one I will go to first when I need work.

I feel good about this place. I had them flush my transmission, and as far as I can tell, they did a great job. Theyre great to work with, and Ralph keeps his word when he says hell call you back with more info.

Ralph is honest and doesnt beat around the bush with you. He did my safety and emissions inspection and wasnt out to find more things wrong with my car to fix. Very trustworthy and willing to help you out.

Does a great job with our oil changes. Bought the discount book for $79 in 2010 (think its $99 as of 10/2011) and was a good value. only problem has been in reaching them and setting up appointments.
