Worst group of jackals I have ever experienced! These guys have their heads so far up their a**es that I am ASTONISHED anything ever gets done. Let me take you on a tale of anger, fear and flat out astonishment. A couple months ago, I decided my vehicle could use a good fuel filter replacement. I worked with Big 0 Tires one time in the past so I figured, "What the hay? They deserve my business." So the job was done and everything seemed hunkey dory right? WRONG! The day after the fuel filter replacement was completed also happened to be the day I, my girlfriend and my 2 dogs were traveling 3 hours to camp in the north. About an hour into my trip, on the INTERSTATE mind you, my vehicle decided to stop driving. I am barreling down the interstate going a solid 80 and all of a sudden, the smell of gas consumed the entirety of my vehicle and I am forced to pull of the side of the road in a cactus filled ditch. Fearing for my life and the life of my now cranky girlfriend and grumpy, just woke up from a nap pair of dogs, I immediately instructed us all to get out. Luckily, my car did not blow up in flames as I was worried it would. We then took a few deep breaths, called a tow truck and prepared to wait for 2 hours for them to get us outta there! Two hours came by and thank heavens a repair shop was no more than a mile down the road! Those individuals told me that whomever replaced the fuel filter (Big 0 tires remember) DID NOT EVEN PROPERLY SECURE THE DAMN THING IN PLACE!!!!! Apparently, the whole time, my filter was just kind of flopping there under my car. I called Big Os and told them of this, they reluctantly but generously agreed to refund me for my cost and offered a free oil change. All was right again in the world... or so I thought. Today I decided Id cash in on that free oil change and walked in at 9 am hoping theyd squeeze me in. I was prepared to wait a couple hours because I knew they were busy. The gentlemen I spoke with suggested I make an appointment and that if I did so, id be, in his words "In and out in under an hour." So I agreed to come back at 2 p.m. were he penned me in. I came back at 2, dropped off the vehicle with now a different guy and told him that I would be back in an hour and asked them to call me when it was ready. So I walked over to the McDonalds and sat their like a bum (no offense bums) sipping on my $1 large soda. An hour and a half goes by and I think to myself "maybe they were so busy, that they just forgot to call." So I go back at what is now 3:30 to find out THEY HAVENT EVEN BEGUN TO CHANGE MY OIL! WHAAAAAAAAAAT?!?!? None the less, they apologized, assured me I would be top priority and I sat down in a chair in the lobby. Patiently I waited for 2 HOURS as I watched 6 different people walk in needing services, and dag-gon-it if those 6 fine folks walked out with completed jobs all the while I was sitting there! Curiously, I now ask the third jackal I have dealt with today when my oil change would be done. He walks back and tells me not much longer. Lets review... It is now 3 and 1/2 hours AFTER my initial appointment. Ill save you the banter I exchanged with yet a fourth gentleman of this establishment, but they offered to give me this oil change free of charge. Well thanks pal, but it was already free from the last time yall screwed up. I got my keys, and vowed I would never be back. Perhaps the worst part about the whole experience is the insane lack of professionalism of each and every one of those employees. The were cussing at each other, talking badly about each other to customers and having loud "disagreements" in front of a packed lobby of people. Im floored this establishment even has 3 stars on google! Moral of my story people, DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I called prior to arrival and ask when would be a good time to bring for car in for a oil change and Tire rotation. The employee I was speaking with said NOW is a good ASAP (10:00am). So I rushed out bed brush my teeth and went to the location. Upon arrival and checking my vehicle I was asked " is someone picking you up" I said not ill wait he said you know its a 3-4 hour wait. I mention to him I had called a few minutes ago and was told to come now and I can be helped. So I told him I had work at 2pm so I will be back then and all I need done was a oil change and TIRE ROTATION ( remind you thats 4 hours). Once I arrived back to BIG O TIRES AT 2:15PM my car was in the process of being service. I waited around for a few more minutes and shortly they were done gave me my receipt and of course mention all the issues wrong with my car i then asked again so you did a oil change and a tire rotation correct putting the newer tires in the front right ? He replied "Yes mama we took care of that". Once I left I stopped at the store and something told me to look at my tires for I walked around and looked at all 4 of my tires. Knowing I had 2 brand new tires and 2 older tires. WHAT A SUPRISE MY TIRES WERENT EVEN TOUCH!!!! NOTHING WAS ROTATED THE SAME NEW TIRE WAS IN THE BACK.. So I double checked my receipt and sure enough I was charged for a tire rotation I never received. I then called the location because Not only was I told to come now when it was a 4 hour wait. BUT also I was lied to AND did not get the service I request. And was a hour late for work. VERY UPSET CUSTOMER!!! DONT TELL YOUR CUSTOMERS YOU WILL TAKE CARE OF THEM AND DONT AND DONT TELL YOU CUSTOMERS YOU DID SOMETHING AND REALLY DIDNT !

Corporate seriously needs to look into this location! My experience was ridiculous at Big O tires in Maricopa. Was quoted at 450.54 for four sumitomo tires with their buy 2 get 2 deal. I was completely lied to...they changed the brand of tires they were putting on my car to some super cheap brand Ive never heard of WITHOUT EVEN TELLING ME! T This whole ordeal happened over 2days too! Thats right...6 hours total over two days because of another lie to my face. He didnt have any of the tires he told me they had and they only had 2 of the 4 tires I ended up with after they pulled the switcheroo on me without a word...I just happened to look because I had a feeling this place was SHADY! After two and a half hours (I was PROMISED Id be out in 2) I decided to ask how much longer...was told that theyre putting the final tire on and then the alignment and Im done...guess what? NOT EVEN ALL MY OLD TIRES WERE OFF MY CAR YET, LET ALONE SUPPOSEDLY ONLY HAVING TO PUT ONE MORE ON! But wait...they only ended up putting on 2 tires that first day because they didnt have all 4...so when he told me they were putting the last tire on, it was a blatant lie BECAUSE THEY ONLY EVER HAD 2 TIRES THE WHOLE TIME!! AND THEY WERENT EVEN THE TIRES I WAS TOLD WERE BEING INSTALLED AND THEN WHEN I CONFRONTED THEM ABOUT IT...THEY LIED AGAIN!!! AND NATHAN FLYNN AT THE FRONT COUNTER TRIED TO SOMEHOW SAY IT WAS MY FAULT!!! LMFAO! THEY DID NOTHING FOR ME AFTER THIS WHOLE FIASCO...NOT EVEN A FREE OIL CHANGE. AFTER SPENDING OVER $450 THERE AND GETTING CHEATED AND LIED TO OVER AND OVER...THEY WOULDNT EVEN GIVE ME A FREE OIL CHANGE! IM CALLING THEIR CORPORATE OFFICE TODAY...LEO AND NATHAN AT BIG O TIRES ON MARICOPA ARE LIARS!! NOT TRUE GOOD PEOPLE AT ALL!
