I started reading around the net for some good hair colorists and found that Laura was talked about a lot. My request was to blend my bleach blond hair to my natural shade, which is a hard thing to do. Well ms. laura told me that she was like a mad scientist with her color technique. Although it was darker than I wanted at first, it was a very close match to my natural color. My eye couldnt get used to it as I knew that my natural color was sun-kissed when I walked in so I called Laura and right away she got back to me to bring me in again. She lightened the darker color up front just enough to bring back the sun-kissed look and give it an all around sexy Victoria Secret look. I also got to talk to Alisha who was very sweet as well, and she took care of my washing and blow-drying. I was asked several times if I was comfortable or if I was being hurt which tells me they want you to have a great experience . While I was in there, a lady that must have been well known came in complaining that her hair was frizzy and they just let her borrow their products just to brighten up her hair which I thought was awesome. I like that they are all not a bunch of snobby girls who you cant relate to...they seem like they love what they do and love making people look great. Thanks to Laura for the great color and cut and for putting up with me :) and the staff for giving me a great time at the salon!

We didnt really get the color (Pastel Purple) that we had hoped for BUT we did get 100% professional service and even a call from Lisa (one of the owners) when I expressed my concerns about how the color turned out. Our stylist, Kelsey, was wonderful and explained the process and did her best to set expectations about how long a fashion color might last - but I think our own expectations were just not in line with that since wed never done it before. That being said, I am very glad we did the lightening process in the Salon with a PRO because thats not something you want to mess up at home.

I moved to Peoria 2 months ago and I couldnt find anyone to recommend a hair salon to me. Finally a neighbor said she went to Gemini and was very happy with them. So after dragging my feet I went online and read reviews and decided to give them a try. I made my appointment with Laura and I loved her and loved my cut. The shop is very nice and everyone seems very friendly. I was not disappointed. I have already booked my next appointment. I have found my salon. Extremely happy!!!!!

This salon is horrible one of the girls who was new chopped my hair off in the back so it was way shorter then the front. When she was coloring my hair her and her friends took off to color one anothers hair! Very unprofessional ! Dont recommend the owner claimed she would fix it chopping it more therefore not fixing it only making matters worse!

I have used this Salon numerous times and have never had a bad experience. I used to be so picky about which stylist did my hair at some of the chain haircut stores because it was so hard to find someone who knew what they were doing. Not here... It does not matter which stylist has cut my hair I have never had a bad cut. Highly Recommend.

Laura, the owner, is the best hair colorist Ive went to in years!She is probably one of the sweetest hair stylists and one of the best! I highly recommend Laura for hair color and eyebrow threading! I constantly get compliments on my eyebrows after I get them threaded by Laura.
