Went in for an ombré and cut and came out with what is starting to look like trashy highlights I tragically did myself in high school. Absolutely no color fading at all. Everyone in there had an ombré so I trusted the woman, iris, would have known what she was doing. She told me it was a "melting ombré". I assure you there is nothing melting or fading about it. I paid $200 for some trashy highlights and I couldnt be more disappointed. In store I was just happy to be done after being there several hours but I asked for an ombré, repeatedly said the word ombré, showed a picture of an ombré and I paid for an ombré and got crappy highlights that dont fade or "melt" in my hair at all. Its the same exact color from the top to bottom starting two inches down from my scalp. Extremely upset about my hair to the point of tears at this point. My hair was completely natural before I went in and hadnt even touched a single strand in 3 years because the last place I asked for an ombré did this same thing which I also made clear to her right before she did exactly what the last place did 3 years ago.

Had my hair done by Heather. She was the sweetest girl! I explained what I wanted and she listened to everything. I have a problem getting my highlights blonde. She didnt makes any promises, but said well do what we need to, to make it happen. I was very surprised to see how blonde she got it. I will be returning for sure! She did a amazing job. The manager was also very helpful and listened to all my needs. Thank you guys for such a nice salon and service!
