Very frustrated phone constant busy signal Ive tried calling .tried over 20 times on different occasions phone never works apparently they dont care about selling to new customers.i finally decided to go down there wanted a membership. The music was blaring so loud it was rediculouse was torture nothing enjoyable about music at that level or the choice of music I had to leave 4 other people said it was loud the staff at hand said he couldnt control it.no one working out should be forced to listen to what the gym dyctates as workout music. could never even listen to my own .. theres is so loud so. No No id never join not take my elderly parents its rediculouse no one could turn it down nor did they have a clue how loud and annoying the music was .seemed more interested In Pleasing young staff than potential clients ..u couldnt even wear your own head phones and listen to what u like because there music was screaming at you.lost three potential clients front desk didnt care ..seriously no one cares about running off new patrons so how do they care that if I was a client to turn that down before my eardrums bleed. .I imediatly said something when I came in to pay he didnt care others agreed loud but said they told them the same thing in the past they said they cant control the dials .mayb call me when u learn what regular volum is and how people cant stand to be there because its concert level music and causing migrains working out should be enjoyable I have my personal trainers liscence have been and trained in multiple gyms this is rediculouse.clients should be able to work out at a comfortable sound level and I can listen to my own music not whats forced loudly in me ..consider lower volume or non at all so clients can listen to there own or in a comfortable place.waves plays no music and other gyms very low iv never seen anything like this .just play back ground music not def con level ..when u fx it let me know Mayb Ill consider it but flat out the main reason I left did not join is the music level problem.completly that reason...

Love this gym. Accessible machines, some machines have a seat that swings away and I usually park my wheelchair in to workout. This gym is catered to the disabled. Pool lifts for 2 pools and a hot tub. Track, 2 basketball courts, weight room, rock climbing wall, accessible locker rooms. Showers are accessible, very very clean. Plenty of classes and activities to participate in. Currently $35 a month. Gym isnt that bust most tines. Trainers are available, lifeguard on duty, vending machines, plenty of water fountains. Volunteers that assist in the gym. Parking structure with plenty of handicapped parking on 3 levels. Security guards that walk the structure. Events are regularly occurring on the weekends. Closed on Sundays.

Went here just having moved from out of town and while the facility was nice the staff were very un professional, when I approached the front desk to inquire about personal training an employee Nick was talking with another employee about other female members bodies. This was very inappropriate I thought, I asked to speak with a trainer and he referred me to Brandon who belittled me about my goals and began to get defensive when I didnt agree with cross fit style training, saying Im ignorant and uneducated. I left being treated with nothing but disrespect and arrogance.

The best place ever! So inspiring and motivating. Im so happy to go to this facility! Love that found Ability360 because it is exactly that! I am disabled to some extent but now I know I can do more and I actually DO more than I did before I started attending and participating at Ability360! Complete turn around, 360 for my life! Theres no place like the Ability360 Sports & Fitness Center! Everyone in the Phx metro should visit, be members, support, and be grateful that such an organization exist in there backyard. Hit the gym, take up a fitness class, join a team...everything is accessible to all and the monthly membership fee is comparable to other gyms.

First visit today. Twenty minutes by bus from downtown Phoenix. Light Rail requires about a fifteen minute walk after exit. TOP QUALITY facility in every way. CLEAN, MODERN, with an EXCELLENT STAFF. Lap pool is superb. A class exists for most needs. VERY IMPRESSIVE.

Tried to talk with a staff member Katie Ritter about fitness programs and she rudely commented that I needed to lose some weight before taking any classes. A receptionist at the front desk Angelica was very helpful and courteous after being treated so poorly.

The enormous pool is sparkling clean n heated in the winter. Theres also a large bubbling jacuzzi. A basketball court and well stocked gym make exercise fun. Wheelchair accessibility to the pool and jacuzzi is definately a plus.

The structure is fantastic!! Every part of the building is handicap accessible, and the atmosphere is really cool. The staff is super friendly, and provided several materials to better understand their concept.
