On early July I took my car to only have a tire changed due to a bubble that I had noticed. I told the associate, to just confirm that the tire had a bubble and to go ahead and change the tire to a new tire I already had bought. 5 mins in the waiting area, the associate informs me of a supposedly problem with the brake hardware. That I could not drive my vehicle in that condition, and that they would order the parts necessary from the dealership. The whole job was going to cost $140, instead of the $17 tire change fee I was expecting. 3 pm pick up time for the car turned out to be, pick up time the next day. When the same associate called me the next morning, now he told me that the brake pedal was going all the way to the floor, he used very dramatic language do describe the matter just like the day before, " You want me to check it, so we can find out what the heck is wrong". I told him to leave car the way it was and that I needed my car back as soon as possible. When I Picked up my car, the Brake pedal had no pressure, an it did in fact go all the way to the floor. I got very upset, because this was not the condition of my car 1 day earlier, so I called the shop again, told him that. He wanted me to bring back the car, and according to him find out what was wrong with the vehicle. He even said that the Master Cylinder was probably bad. I now knew that something was wrong not with my car, but with them and how they do business. I took my car to my Dad, and he only had Purge the Brakes, in other words take out the air from the Brake system, it took him 3 mins to do so at the most. I didnt appreciate the way business was conducted in this C &R Tire Cave Creek location, trying to scare you, using over the top words to get you to spend more money that you had intended to. In my experience I feel they con people, to get them to spend more money on purpose. SAVE YOURSELF ALOT OF $$. DONT GO TO THIS BUSINESS, THEY WILL FIND MADE UP REPAIRS SO YOU SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY....

****Update*** Just discovered damage to my vehicle caused by C&R Tire. After they locked my keys in my vehicle, they attempted to pry open the door with what appears to be a crow bar, Denting the top of my door in two separate places. Of course they did not decide to tell me this when informing me they locked my keys in my car. First and last time I will be coming here. They locked my keys in my car. Called me 5 minutes after 6pm close (right as i was leaving to go pickup vehicle) to say "We locked your keys in your car, cant do anything until the morning, by the way this area is known for break-ins...do you have anything of value in the vehicle?" My response was "no...nothing of value in the car, just the car itself and my keys which you locked in the car...other than that theres nothing of value". Things happen. But Instead of making up for their mistake, their priority was not the customer, but themselves so they went home. I decided to clean up their mistake myself and call AAA and have them unlock my car around 6:45

Ive read good reviews for this garage online. Thought Id give them a try. I went in for an oil change. The mechanic ( sorry, I forgot his name) checked my tires and found cracks and splits on the inner wall to my surprise. This was brought to my attention and showed to me. It wasnt a matter of if, it was a matter of when. I told the Mgr behind the counter to change it. He gave me a few prices. One, was a name brand and second, a private label brand. I was never pressured in anyway to purchase or do anything I thought it would cost me more money. Not only being nice guys but, they are really honest. I had a good chat with them while I was waiting for my car to be fixed. Definitely would recommend C&R to anyone whos looking to have their car serviced.

I came in with a front tire that kept getting flat and I asked them to take a look at it. They found a nail that was stuck in the middle of the tire and went to the trouble of removing the tire and patching up the hole left by the nail, in under an hour. When I went up front to enquire about how much the service would cost, they said that it was on the house! They were even nice enough to seal the tires on the dolly cart that I also needed to have had repaired. Theyre very kind and fair people, I have no qualms about their service, and I plan to return here for any other repair that I may need in the future.

Servicing my vehicle at the Cave Creek C & R Tire location was a fantastic choice. I was greeted by friendly staff members who were extremely professional. Store Manager Scott Coleman and his technicians, gave me an unprecedented visual review of the damage to my vehicle and a fair estimate of the cost of repair. Mr. Coleman went the extra mile by offering me a ride home because of the extensive repairs which would be needed, which he personally fulfilled. I recommend all C and R tire locations, Scott Coleman, and Owner Ralph Holmstrom for your automotive needs.

My husband and I have used C&R for years and have always been completely satisfied. Great work, friendly and efficient customer service. I recently accidently ran over a median. It sounded awful, and I was afraid Id torn out the undercarriage or something. Turned out there was some minor damage, which was repaired, and I was charged accordingly. They probably could have "padded" the damage claim and the charge, but they didnt. Car is doing great, and Im happy. No plans to go anywhere else!!

Brian and Ray are the go-to guys around here. They were not only able to beat every other quote I received, but they delivered above and beyond service. There was one part needed to complete my repair that didnt come in on time. These guys offered to come in on a Sunday and open up the entire shop just so that I could get my vehicle repaired ASAP. If youre looking for a place to go where the prices are right and you know you are working with someone honest, this is the place to go.

Came in for an oil change a few months back... and after dealing with my Kia dealers service team this week, I am excited to come back here to get service and will never go back to my dealer after seeing the comparison in service, price, and respect. Seeing such poor service elsewhere made me so appreciative for such simple and expectant values such as honesty and customer respect! Will definitely be spreading the word to all my friends to come here.

Showed up this morning at 6:50 at C&R tire because one of my valve stems tore. There were already 2 guys in the shop working 10 min before they were so posed to open on a Monday. Talked to the guy and told him my issue, came out looked at it and said no problem, took it back, came back in 10 min and said here you go, anything else I can help with? No wait, extremely nice and helpful, I think they just got a new customer for life.
