So, my girlfriend came to this location today to just get a rotation and balance being that she had purchased tires from the company. Well, i used to work for this company for a little over a year. I know the ins and outs of a the courtesy check that they do. Well, when they did the inspection they said her power steering fluid was bone dry and that she must have a leak somewhere (mind you its a 2012 avenger and ive worked on her car at my shop before.) Anyway, they say she needs a powersteering flush and a vacuum test to check for leaks even though there isnt a single drop of fluid anywhere in the engine compartment. So, after i get home and check the reservoir myself the fluid was barely below the minimum mark on the bottle which in there eyes means is bone dry and has a massive leak and during the inspection "All" fluids are to be filled and topped off. Well, the power steering fluid wasnt filled and neither was the washer fluid i took my bright flashlight to shine inside the actual reservoir and there was no fluid in there what so ever. So, we go back down there and tell them that they never topped off any of the fluids they said they would bring it in to check and fill them. Well, 5 mins go by and the manager comes in calling me out to the shop saying oh there isnt anything wrong with the washer fluid hensaid it was full when it clearly was not before we went back. He basically called me a liar and insulted my intelligence saying its full knowing damn well it was empty they filled it up before he called me back to show me "Its Full ".I know from experience all of the fluid that firestone puts in the washer reservoir is a dark blue color and we always fill it up to the top. So, this shop is a crock of crap and the manager is sleeze. Dont ever go to this shop they try to nickel and dime you and say there is something wrong with your car when there isnt without even showing actually proof like i used to do when i worked for the comapny.

BAD experience went in for a leak in hose and belt they said that the it was the timming gasket and hose also we told them the belt was making noise it cast 1099.99 and when we picked it up got to the parking lot and died. Then they towed it in and looked at it they said. nothing was wrong works great and it just has a knocking sound under the car witch it was there when brought in NO THERE WERE NO KNOCKING NOISE AT ALL .THEY SCRUED US OVER AND NOW THE CAR WONT EVEN RUN AT ALL. Took to midas and the guy there was very nice and went through the engine and he said it is gone you need a new engine or a new car no he was straight forword. wont take your money this is what was wrong . Never go to firestone. They will srew you over.

Awful service -went in for an oil change, they were cool and as soon as i showed them my coupon that lowered my charge to 10 bucks their attitude changed, they werent that busy and still took over an hour and a half. --THATS NOT ALL, ON MY NEXT OIL CHANGE I DECIDED TO GO TO A DIFFERENT PLACE AND WHEN THEY WERE CHANGING MY OIL THE GUY COMES IN AND SAYS THAT MY DRAIN PLUG WAS STRIPED, FIRESTONE FORCED IT ON THERE. if thats not enough they didnt even changed the filter. --shell rapid lube on 54th ave and camelback rd. is a little outta the way but worth it those guys are awesome!! -never going back to firestone-

WORST EXPERIENCE! they are the auto repair shop who tells you need repairs when nothing is wrong! I just had them do a routine inspection and they had a bill for over $1000 of repairs. I thought they seemed not trustworthy so I took it to another repair shop. They second repair shop says my truck almost looks brand new and there is nothing wrong with it! DO NOT GO TO THIS FIRESTONE! THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS!

I recently had a bad experience at a well known brake shop and vowed never to return. A friend recommended this Firestone and Im glad he did. Not only was I treated well the prices were lower than I was paying before at the other place. I only came in for an oil change but after talking with the manager about services they offered I know Ill be back. Thank you guys for treating me with respect.

Just sent my car to them. They were friendly and very informal. I bought them cold sodas lol prayfully all goes well with my car, if it does then this lication will be my "go to" shop... Just got my car back. Julio was amazing. Helped us with so many things and even gave us a ride to pick up my car. You guys are the best! I highly recomend this location, be sure to ask for julio
