I first started going to this place six years ago because my uncle, who built his own hot rod, recommended it. I have NEVER been disappointed. They always have top-of-the-line service and you can count on them to be honest 100% of the time. Also, their workers stick with the company, so youre getting lifetime master tradesmen. After going to school out of state and moving back three years later, I ended up living about a 45-min drive away from them. I still make the drive to get my car worked on by them. Theyre more than worth it. My car is ten years old and over 100K miles and I had a problem with the engine light coming on and the accelerator cutting out, but after a few hours the light would go off and the problem was undetectable. When it came back on again, they let me bring it in, on a busy day, right on the spot when I was having the problem, and quickly diagnosed it (bad throttle position sensor -- easily replaced). This week, I had a battery that was nearing its need for replacement and had scheduled an appointment for this Saturday, along with some fluid flushes. My car didnt make it through to the weekend and died Monday night, so I needed a jump. I didnt want to be stranded again so I resolved to try to get it replaced sooner, but had such a busy day at work on Tuesday that I didnt get the chance to call them until after 5pm. They still let me bring it in, and after climbing through rush hour traffic from the other end of Phx metro, I got there about ten minutes before closing time -- and they still replaced my battery. These people are honest, they are experts, and they are all-around awesome people who will really take care of you when it counts. I recommend them to the people I care most about.

Ninety dollars to just look at my car. I didnt want anything done, just an inspection to see what what wrong. At the last second before I left my car to them they went and tossed down a $90 fee "for his guys to get paid". It sounded fair, sure, and not having ever gotten my car repaired (I usually do the small things like oil changes and spark plugs myself) I thought sure, and if anything was wrong, small things perhaps, theyd just tweek it or do it for free. My faith was totally off. They did nothing and wanted to charge me another $463 to change ignition wires, spark plugs, and a valve cover gasket (which really is not part of any of the problems). I tried to ask them to lower the price for me when I went to pick up the car to only hear the same quote, "We need to pay our guys". Sure, but.. Im a college student and a very likely return customer. They also ran through a third of my gas and failed to diagnose the real trouble I had: the fact that my car will click at me when I try to start it after letting it set overnight and needs to have my key turned halfway between start and on for a while to "charge" something up. I have just scheduled an appt with the guys downtown at AAMCO tomorrow. They said a check up would be free and it would take 90 minutes for them to diagnose things and check everything. Look on their reviews and youll see five stars from 35 people! It takes only a few people dissatisfied to post a bad review, but a lot to have so many good ones. Ill be posting my own experience there.

used to love this place. But with all the old employees gone and these new ones. Noticed quite abit of change. Previous employees used to welcome you in with a smile and always paid full attention to what you ask to be done for your vehicle. Rather than these new guys that rather do a million things at once and not even give the customer standing in front of them eye contact. I find it abit disrespectful. Also me having a decent understanding of my vehicle and an enthusiast. Some of these jobs they quote me for I find to be abit over priced and even high for labor. They say 4-5 hrs for a job. When me not even being a certified mechanic. Can have it done in two to three? Hmm. Also took my vehicle in for an oil change since I felt to lazy to do it that day. And they put 6quarts of oil. When I know my vehicle only requires 4. Money hungry much? Think its time for a new shop. Or more diy jobs

This is the first shop that I have ever been to that I actually feel comfortable and confident in. Howard and his staff are beyond nice and respectful. They are honest with you and tell you what your car actually needs and do not add false repairs just to make a buck. There priorities are in making your vehicle safe for you to drive and keep it maintained while doing it in a timely fashion. This has become the only shop that I take my families vehicles to. They make you feel like more than a customer which is amazing. I love everything they have done for me and I recommend them to anyone who needs any repair done to their vehicle.

Not only were they the cheapest for tires (which included an excellent warranty & roadside assistance for a yr+) but they were also the best for customer service! Brett Snyder & Jason Tribble made my experience easy & comfortable as they were very patient & informative :) Service was A++ (they also put my spare back under my truck which I appreciate because I didnt know how) This is a No hassle, great quality service shop with awesome professional people. I will definitely be keeping Community Tire Pros & Auto Repair as my go to auto shop & highly recommend them!

when I first came in, I was quoted for an oil change. when I suggested the price was high, she said "ours is the lowest in town!" not true. I got 2 other quotes, each competitor beating their price- one local shop, and one chain shop. She agreed to offer a discount and I set an appointment, even tho my confidence in their honesty was shaken. They told me 45 minutes. It took a full 75 minutes to do a simple oil change and fluids check. Get quotes from other mechanics, and schedule much more time than they tell you if you DO choose to use this shop. I wont be back.

Been going there for 6 years now and we just love this place. Their prices and their services have just been outstanding. We trust them completely to handle our truck and car needs. They always fit me in right away to repair my vehicles, especially when its my AC, which happens to be there getting fixed at this moment. Dawn and the crew has always treated me like a friend, not just a customer. We would totally recommend this company as we have already sent family and neighbors there. Thanks again, Suzy Plapp.

Lack of care, concern, and really no ethical background. I do not recommend this facility to anyone. There just wrong for what they did. Especially when an investigator already noted, my lights were working. They cut the fog lights on purpose and will not fix my blown compressor thats under warranty, due to an 3rd party thats not involved, By the company! They are mistreating customers whove already paid 3 times the amount of a poor disgusting job and have no class. No professionalism or ethics.
