BEWARE!! This location is a joke. I took my car in for an uber inspection and oil change. They look for anything to be wrong with your car. They told me I needed a new air filter, so I had them do it right then, then they said I needed $1200 of work done. So I took my car into the dealership to get a second opinion and they said nothing was wrong with it. I appreciate your associate, Adrianna, wasting my time and proving all the car shop stereotypes. Taking advantage of a female who brings a car in and trying to get the most money out of them. Seems like a normal business practice at this location. This was completely unnecessary! Maybe Meineke should teach their associates the difference between oil and armor all. This was my first and last time to Meineke. I suggest you go somewhere else to save time and money!

WARNING: They are not BBB accredited for a reason!!! These employees will "fix" your car during the first visit for $200, then once you realize its not fixed and bring it back in, theyll tell you that its actually another component causing the issue (and with OR without your permission) theyll fix the original issue and bill you an additional $400. It still is not working, and now they called my spouse and myself SCAMMERS within the hand written letter they sent to my credit card company when I requested to charge back their incomplete work. Save yourself $600 and go ANYWHERE else other than here.

I have a 05 Nissan 350Z with some customizations that makes it impossible to take to the dealer for repairs. I have passed by other shops that are closer to me and lucked up on this team, They provide QUALITY customer service and they stand behind their work! If there are any issues, they will work with you to sort it out while keeping the, "Ouch" factor down. Its really hard to find good service now days so I was very pleased to have stumbled upon this particular Meineke shop. Courteous staff, quality repairs and good turn around times. Thanks and Kudos to the team at the Peoria Meineke shop!

Went in for an Uber inspection which cost me about $22.00 dollars. She comes back into the office and said my car had failed. Said I needed $800.00 dollars worth of brake repairs. I immediately drove to the Uber office and passed with flying colors and it was free. Beware of this place drivers. They are sketch as hell. Do yourself a favor and just go to Ubers office and get it done for FREE. I wont ever come back to this place.

The other review was obviously written by their boss! I made a mistake taking my car for an oil change there. The first sign of trouble was the fact that I was the ONLY car there! I tired to inquire about the price,but the guy would not even tell me that. Then he became angry and told me to re-park my car. Again I was the only car on the parking lot! Ive never met such rude costumer service! I just left that place in a hurry!

This place SUCKS!!!!!!!!! took my truck there to get my a.c. fixed, costed me over a thousand dollars and it is still Not fixed. Took it there 4 times for them to fix what should have been fixed the first time. They DONT honor their warranty, charged me everytime to look at it and for them to "fix it" . 6 months later still not fixed and corporate will not do anything about it. I NOW understand why this shop has no work.

I wish I could give 0. 2 times my car has needed to go in for service and this being close by I went there. The first time after "fixing" the problem u had to go back a second time. This time I have already gone there 3 times and spent over 500 dollars and the problem still isnt fixed. Either they are purposely not solving the problem or they are incompetent to repair cars. once they finish the job I am never going back!

The manager of this location will brake things and not fess up to his mistakes. needless to say he did not know I have a web cam and took pics of the wheels brakes and rims so when the suit starts he will be paying for more than just hub caps. Since corp. didnt step in to assist I’ am sure they will enjoy the publicity. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE FAKE REVIEWS, YOU CAN TELL BECAUSE THEY ONLY HAVE ONE REVIEW....

Brought my car here to fix a damaged door, they did an absolutely outstanding job!!! It looks as good as new. They really make sure to take care of you, and make you feel comfortable and give you constant updates on your vehicle. I appreciate these guys! I use them for all of my car needs little or big. Special thanks to al for all his hard work!! I would recommend this location to anyone

Staff was friendly but my car started leaking oil after an oil change. They were nice enough to inspect the car after and found that one of the "seals was missing" and asked me to bring my car back in if I had any problems. First experience with an oil leak like that. Figured I would try meineke since it was closer to where I live, but going to stick with the dealership instead.

This is a top drawer outfit with prices to match, so get the coupons and go often. Maintain when problems are small so they dont get out of hand--these guys get that. (Other possible alternatives need a different shop. Lol) Clean. TV. Bathroom. Comfortable couch. Walk over to sprouts if you get hungry, & dont forget, the driveway is on the south side of the building.

Had my brakes and rotors replaced and they twisted my brake lines and didnt grease the caliper pins when they replace! them now 4 months down the road my brake pads need to be replaced again! Ill tell you one thing Ill never in my life go to meineke again!!! To top it off they want me to pay $100 dollars plus tax to fix their mistakes! Never ever go here!!!!

Took my Mitsubishi Galant for brake change and they took two hours to get it done. Then took it the second time and they asked me to change my air cabin filter and my ac stops working. The guy told me it was the ac fan I was charged $400 to replace I got it at Amazon for $30 bucks W.T.F. Never again going to this or any company named meineke

Called this morning to get a quote for 2vfront tires. They asked what size. I told them. They then asked any particular brand I said no. I was then asked whats your phone number, so I told him. He said okay Ill call you back and hung up, even though I had more questions. Ive never talked to someone who wanted to be off the phone so quickly.

Terrible customer service. Spent 79.99 on a booklet valid for 8 oil changes and they wouldnt accept it. Even though it clearly states valid at all meineke locations. They scam people here!!! Do not go there for work on your vehicle!! Extremely shady business practices!

Went in not knowing what was going on with my car. Did a diagnostic and explained everything to me; the manager even showed me on my car exactly what was wrong. Great customer service! Ill be referring this place to everyone I know. Thanks for all your help.
